Best location and condo for our family vacation

This property is steps from the beach and yes we saw dolphins! It was peaceful to sit on the deck and see the water. We traveled from NJ so we greatly appreciated all of the little details this property provided since there is no way we could have packed everything. It's true that they thought of everything-linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soft soap in the bathrooms, dish soap, a new sponge to wash dishes with, laundry and dishwasher detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, ETC. They also included 4 free bikes which was great. There is a bike lane just steps from the house for a safe ride to downtown. We rode to 35th street and then jumped onto the paved path along the beach which leads to the pier which is just over a mile from the house at the center of town. The grocery store is less than a mile from the house but we highly recommend making an online order and taking advantage of the property's generous offer to stock the fridge for you before you arrive. We did not and regretted it because we got in later than we had expected. Great house!

The location was wonderful. Close to a couple places to eat and right next to the beach. Close enough to take a bike ride to the balboa ferry and fun center. Would definitely recommend it to everyone

We had the best time in Newport. The place has everything you need! They had plenty of toys and beach gear and was just a 30-second walk to the sand. I rode my bike along the beach which was amazing. Also saw whales and tons of dolphins just offshore. We will stay again (unless we just move there).

We loved the location just a block from the beach. Property is clean, well stocked for your stay, and has comfortable beds. We loved having use of the bikes. Communication was excellent and we would definitely come back next time we visit Newport Beach.

From start to finish it was amazing! Great location! Amazing property. Greatly appreciated the walk through of the property upon arrival. Very well maintained. Easy short walk to beach. Can’t wait to come back!!!

The place was very nice. Perfect for our stay. We had several families attending a wedding and the place accommodated everyone. I would recommend it to everyone. Hopefully we can return.

We enjoyed our time at this property. Very easy access to the beach! Having access to a washer and dryer was nice.
It’s important to note that the property does not have A/C. Although there are plenty of fans, it was quite hot at night and I had trouble sleeping. Indoor temps were around 76 at night, which for many is just fine. We stayed in mid-October.
Parking is a challenge! I was thankful the manager met us at the property as I was having difficulty parking our minivan. He was VERY helpful. Everyone needed to exit the minivan and I had to SQUEEZE to get out once parked. Anything bigger than a minivan and you’ll need to park in the street. Lots of city ordinances to follow which was a bit daunting upon first reading, but I was thankful to be aware of the laws.

The perfect beach vacation. The house was great, plenty of room and nice big beds! We parked and never had to leave. Walked to the beach, store and restaurants. Sheryl and Rich were awesome, helpful and responsive!

The house was clean and the check in process was super easy and efficient. location was great, my kids were able to walk right to the beach everyday. It was a hot week, so breeze was an issue, but overall it was wonderful. We had an issue with the TV, but the owners took care of it in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this place for a summer get away!

We are local and thoroughly enjoyed our quick trip to the beach I love this quiet side of Newport and can't wait to return. The house was very clean, well stocked and plenty of space. So close to the sand, every beach item you could imagine was available in the garage for use. Great communication before and during our trip. We highly recommend biking North to Huntington Beach. Can't wait to come and stay longer next time

My husband, myself and our 5 kids ages 10-18 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We had plenty of space to spread out, comfy beds, a well appointed kitchen and lots of beach toys/equipment for a great day at the beach. The location of the house is perfect…on a quiet street just steps from the sand, as well as being super close to grocery stores and restaurants. The best part was our 12 passenger van fit perfectly into the car port! We can’t wait to go back!!

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have been more happy with the rental. We rented the house for a week stay in Oct. The house was clean and had all the conveniences you want/expect. Staff was super helpful getting us checked in and making sure we had everything we needed. They even set us up with a high chair and pack-n-play for our youngest.
Parking was easy and convenient even with a large sprinter van. From the house we rode bike everywhere. So many options close by for dining.
We definitely would recommend this rental to anyone looking.

Family getaway
Loved the property, loved how close we were to the beach. The only thing was the pictures when we booked, it showed the downstairs patio so I thought we had a bigger outside space but when you rent upstairs, you only get the updates balcony. I also assumed we had 3 parking spaces outside from the pictures, but we only had 2 from being upstairs. Not a big deal, maybe I just had to read the description more lol. Loved the property! Can't wait to re book.

We had a great time at this property. We went on a couples trip and it was no more than 100 ft from the beach which was perfect. Provided were beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and 4 bikes. Rich was there right on time to check us in and rushed right over to help when the internet wasn’t connecting. Would definitely stay here again!

Roomy beach house
We planned to stay in Newport For 4 days as a pit stop from Oregon To Arizona. This house is located in the perfect spot in proximity to the beach and was fully loaded with beach goodies like bikes and coolers, chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. Plenty of room for all of us to just hangout inside even though we spent most of our time outdoors.

A great spot for a getaway
This place provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 5 sisters. The location was great with an ocean view from the patio. Plenty of space to cook, sleep, dance and relax. We were all impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep.

Excellent location
This house is minutes from the beach and a short walk up the promenade to the shops and restaurants at Newport Pier. Our daughter loved playing with all the toys at the house which were a great bonus. The house is well equipped with everything you need, everything is as described, the rooms are all a decent size and the bathrooms and kitchen are clean, however some of the decor and furnishings are a little tired. We enjoyed spending time on both balconies. Brenda was friendly, helpful and available throughout. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Last minute Spring Break
The house is located conveniently to everything. The beach is steps away. The house is very spacious and clean. The floors and carpet nice and cleaned. I appreciate that all the bedroom linens were freshly laundered and smelled clean. Furniture was useful and comfortable. The ice machine in the refrigerator made knocking noises but it eventually stopped on its own. It was nice to have access to the bikes. Parking a large SUV was a little bit of an issue. The garage is only suited for a small vehicle. Watch for street cleaning signs! They are different on every street. All in all the house was a good experience and met all our needs. Thank you for having us.

Great place to stay in newport
We had an enjoyable time at this house. It was very clean and comfortable. Brenda was very friendly and nice to work with. Home was stocked with nice little thinks we always forget like handsoap and laundry detergent ect.. The kids loved riding the bikes provided down to the peir. Thanks for the fun memories.

This place is a great location and a great price. Perfect for families with kids. The back den or third room is decked out for the littles. We will for sure rent again
