This was our third stay in Sandpiper and we continue to enjoy it very much. The location is perfect: close to the beach, to downtown Jensen and Stuart and the all the fabulous restaurants both towns offer. I walked my dog every morning on the hiking trail literally across the street from Indian River and we both loved it. We hope to return again and again.

My wife and I stayed for a short getaway (3 nights). The property was immaculate, well thought-out for a "close to the beach" property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in was perfect, no issues. House / Community rules are well documented and easy to follow. Plenty of towels / bedding supplied. Well-stocked Kitchen (pots/pans/bowls/plates/cups/mugs/utensils). 10/10, would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Sandpiper. The house is perfectly situated close to beach and the great beach town of Jensen Beach. The house is updated, clean bc and accommodating to pets. Our two dogs loved the proximity to the water and daily walks in the warm FL sun. Desiree was quickly responsive to any questions and made out stayca wonderful one. Can’t wait to get back next year!!

Our stay was very good here. Entrance/check in was very easy and communication was spot on. Deserie and Shannon were so fast to respond to any questions we had. Very clean and great location.

Great location, nice small home, perfect for our week for Thanksgiving

Good throughout. Well equipped kitchen, good social space and storage in the bedrooms. The managers were very helpful and gave good advice when hurricane Nicole came by. We'd certainly stay again if on the east side of Florida.

This was our second visit to Sandpiper and we enjoyed it very much. The house is perfect for us and it’s location to the beach, downtown Jensen and Stuart is ideal. Our hosts, Shannon and Desiree make it an exceptional experience.

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here. Place is beautiful and more room than I expected. Absolutely stunning. Desiree and her team were very communicative during Hurricane Ian to let us know that they would be coming over to secure the property to prevent any possible storm damage. The property is so close to many beaches. Great price for an awesome place. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

We are from the area but live out of state currently. The home is conveniently located close to the beach and intracoastal also shops snd restaurants. We have stayed multiple times and will stay again.

We love this cute and comfy beach house! It's roomy, pretty, clean &. it's super close to Jensen Beach! No complaints here! That's why we have rented it twice in a month!

We reserved this house May 11-June 2, 2022 while my 6 year old son had/recovered from major surgery (we traveled from Michigan for a specialty hospital). We thought it was great it had a community pool for our other two children while my son recovered; when we took our other kids to the pool we found a much older crowd who didn’t exactly appreciate our young kids being there. My son jumped in the pool & a nearby lady cringed because it was too loud in her hearing aids, there were intolerant glances our way. This is a retirement community…NOT GOOD FOR KIDS...definitely not disclosed on the listing. When I talked with the property management company they said “oh, I would have told the old people where to shove it” and “no, it actually isn’t a retirement community…welcome to Florida, God’s waiting room”. On the morning of May 16th (4:45 am) when we were leaving for the hospital for the surgery, a cockroach ran across the counter (It’s Florida, we know these things happen, but still gross). We returned with my son on May 17th; he was bed ridden for about 4 days and started walking a bit on the 4-5th day. On May 22nd, day 6 of my son’s recovery we got a knock on our door from the HOA president wondering if the sprinter van parked nearby was ours. Yes, we said it was and we were told by the property management we could park there. He subsequently told us we cannot have it parked in the neighborhood AT ALL, it’s considered an RV. This was 11 days after we had arrived. He then, exasperated, asked my son who had hobbled to the door, “what happened to you?!!!” (My son did look a bit alarming but this is not something you want somebody to say to your kid nor in that tone, he just went through major surgery and was scared enough!!!). I immediately retorted “excuse me?? not your business”. He went on to say “fine, that we can stay there but the home owner will be charged a fine.” We figured we’re off the hook. Nope, the property management company made us move so they wouldn’t be fined! We packed up 5 people, groceries, toys, books, 6 days after the hospital-we were exhausted; we moved to a house that they weren’t renting, it was under construction, not near the beach, no pool (not that we were using the pool), no new contract…we contacted the doctor to be released early because we just wanted to leave (fyi they re-rented the original house). We happily left May 27th. We have tried to get a refund; I just keep getting excuses…Thankfully my son is doing good

Sandpiper Beach House was a great spot. Beautiful, current home with everything needed for a getaway. The town of Jensen Beach and Hutchinson Island are loaded with things to do and places to go. Great restaurants and the people couldn't be friendlier. We will definitely be back there again!

This is the first time we have stayed in this property. It is right off the causeway and close to the beaches. The property is immaculate, very safe, and nicely equipped. We especially liked the quiet and peaceful unexpected gem of a community it sits in. The the bonus of a dock to fish off of or sit and watch the beautiful sunsets was a real treat. Also loved being able to bring our 4-legged child with us.

We had a great vacation, stayed for two weeks and felt very much at home. Easy check in with keypad was great, no worries about handover of keys. Great internet speed. Quiet and pieceful neighborhood. 10 minutes walking distance to the ocean at Jensen Beach Park. We will definitely come back, if prices don’t fly away!

We rented the property while in town to drop our son off at school. Great location, house is lovely.

My family of 5 (3 kids) had a wonderful beach trip and this house was a big part of it! The size was just right for our group. The location to the river walk and the ocean is great. It’s so close to the exit that we didn’t have to spend much time at all to get back to our house after doing activities. They had all the amenities we needed (beach towels, sand toys, dish soap, etc.) and we didn’t need to purchase anything more than food for the house. Shannon responded quickly to questions and was great to work with. Will definitely save this property for future trips.

This was the first time my family and I visited the area of Jensen beach, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, our visit exceeded my expectations. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated. The owner Shannon is helpful and connected us several times during our stay. He also provided us with an electronic link to recommendations of local restaurants and shops, which I found extremely useful. If you stay here, make sure to eat at Conchy Joe’s seafood restaurant!!! The community pool is fantastic, and most days, we had the entire pool to ourselves. The beach is a short two-minute drive, with plenty of parking. I do have a couple of recommendations for Shannon the owner. First, one of the bedrooms doesn’t have a TV in the room. I think each room should have a TV, so if a guest likes watching tv before bed or waking up, there is an option to do so. Secondly, although we ate dinner out most nights, we cooked breakfast and lunch every day at the house. The kitchen has minimal cooking supplies, but we were able to manage with the selection provided. Shannon supplied coffee, towels, soaps, and other necessities, which is very kind, and we most certainly appreciated his hospitality! Long story short, I 100% recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience!

This house and location are absolutely amazing!!!! So close to beaches and downtown Jensen Beach (restaurants and shopping). The house has a great layout and is very spacious!! Our son had 6 fishing spots within a mile radius - he caught sail cats and a small hammerhead!!! We will definitely be back!!!
