It was a great location, we could walk to the downtown. The house was very snug and cozy in a very beautiful area of North Carolina. The weather could have been nicer - it rained the whole time, but the area is gorgeous and didn't really matter.

Cute place with just enough room. Everything was perfect. Especially loved the gas logs and the deck. Wonderful neighborhood. Loved that it was close enough to walk to town. First trip to Brevard. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in this absolutely charming house. Amenities were as described and the location was perfect. A ceiling fan in the front bedroom would be a nice addition as would updated mattresses in all the bedrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at the Maple Street cottage. It's such a cozy and comfortable home, and located on a lovely quiet street, yet within walking distance to Brevard's quaint downtown. We highly recommend it and look forward to staying again on a future visit.

Very comfortable house! Easy communication with owner. Great location to explore Pisgah and walk to town. Best part is the back deck to relax and watch Fox, white squirrels and birds.

Great location to brevard downtown it’s about .7 mile.. easy and mostly flat. Wonderful neighborhood to walk in. Pet friendly home.
About 15-20 minutes to Pisgah National forest where you will find good fly fishing streams, hikes and waterfalls. We will becoming back!!

My family and I stayed here during spring break for a fun few days of hiking, biking, walking, and relaxing. It is well stocked and comfortable. Every room had ample space for everyone and their stuff- luggage racks etc. (that seems silly but so handy with multiple people and clothes etc)
The house is within walking distance to downtown brevard and we walked it with our kids several times (.7 mile). It’s a nice quiet easy walk. The back porch and yard was really nice! Will definitely stay there again when we come back to brevard.

We had a great stay at this property Halloween weekend. The house was very well stocked, had comfortable beds, and a nice deck to enjoy the wooded area in back. The owner was very responsive to questions and any assistance we needed. We would definitely rent this property again.

We had a wonderful stay on Maple St! The house is just as shown. It’s clean and the kitchen has all the basics. We (especially our pup) loved the back porch with dog/kid gate. It’s a great neighborhood to walk around or into town.

Lovely, very, well appointed home, in a quiet neighborhood setting. We enjoyed exploring charming Brevard, as well as, hiking in the beautiful mountains surrounding. I highly recommend this VRBO! 🙂

really nice spot
This location is perfect to go everywhere around Brevard , it's really clean, if you like to cook is perfect , you find everything perfect for cooking ( i'm a chef ), you have a nice terasses with a nice green wiew with squirrels, fox, rabbit, and lot of birds, all m family love it....Robert is very nice if you have a small problem like technical ...Highly recommanded

We enjoyed our five night stay at this home. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the shops downtown. The kitchen and bathroom are very clean (as is the entire house) and updated and the house is well supplied with everything we needed.

Loved Brevard, loved the house and neighborhood. Clean, T.V and gas logs easy to use, we have stayed at many VRBO's and this as good as any!!! 5 stars. Clyde and Wanda. Alabama.

We enjoyed walking to town every day, it’s pretty and safe with sidewalks. Robert was very response and kind. We would definitely come back.
