I always love something close with enough off the street parking to fit my big truck. This place was great for that.

Overall great place based on location and space for our families. Could use a deep clean especially in the bathrooms and all the furniture/beds were very squeaky and not super comfortable. The owners were super responsive and helpful even though it was a super busy/hectic weekend with graduations and power outages from storms. Would stay here again.

Upon arrival, I found that......
1. There were no kitchen towels or paper towels.
2. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms or anywhere in the linen closet.
3. No extra toilet paper.
4. The comforter in the 2nd bedroom was dirty. There are visible dirty spots on the black side.
5. The soap dispensers in the bathrooms were almost empty.
6. The beds in the bunk room were very squeaky & wobbly. I felt like it was not safe for my grandkids to sleep on them. It turns out they were so noisy that the kids weren't able to sleep on them & ended up sleeping on the couches.
I did message the owner about the missing items, & he did Door Dash some kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper & wash clothes, but no hand towels for the bathrooms. Very poorly maintained property.

My sister and I brought our mom to see a show at Will Rogers. This space was perfect. Super close to the venue and anything else we may have needed. Clean and cozy. Just as advertised. We’d come back!

We are regular renters in the area and this house has everything you need. A great location for any events at Will Rogers. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean, and the area is central to anything in Ft. Worth.

We stayed here to be near dickies arena for a concert. Location was great to walk there and back.
Would have appreciated an extra roll of paper towels so we could clean up counters and tabletop.
The bunk bed was squeaky/loud but worked for the one night.
Coffee maker worked but was missing part to hold the filter in place and a few of the bar stools were broken.
But we’d stay here again if needed due to location and overall felt comfortable.

This listing was just ok. I had to reach out to VRBO for them to contact host. Only after that did we receive check-in info. The house was in a good neighborhood, but front door was contrary. Beds were super comfortable with clean linens! Random food was left in fridge and overall house just needed a deep cleaning. It was not the 5 star ratings other reviewers left.

We had a 3 day event at Dickies Arena. Great neighborhood and easy walking distance to Dickies. No fighting the parking at the arena. We had four teenagers and felt safe letting them walk the neighborhood alone or playing basketball just down the street and the local school. House was very nice and the owner was very responsive to an unexpected issue the first night. Would definitely recommend renting this property,

Great location and property had a nice long driveway and was as described. We ran out of a few staples and it wasn't super clean when we arrived but overall we really enjoyed the convenience and location.

Texas Travels on the Fly
Visiting Texas with little or no preplanning - my friends expressed an interest in the Stockyards and the collections at the Carter museum. We booked the day before we got there. The location was perfect and property was outstanding. The communication with owner was excellent which made our decision to do the visit last minute easy. Thanks

This home had what we needed. The pictures are exactly what you get. It’s minutes from downtown and good eats. I have nothing bad to say really. Owners responded well to my late arrival! My family enjoyed the home.

Perfect location!
We enjoyed 3 nights at this property while in town for an event at the Will Rogers complex. Very comfortable, charming bungalow….the heater worked great and we used it a lot since morning lows were in the 20s. Hopefully we can stay here again next March. Ate at Lucille’s and Ol South Pancake House….both were great! 😀

Stock Show Visit
Overall good. We were in town for the stock show and the home is very close. The home is very nice and well kept. It’s an older home so it’s a little drafty, and we had a little trouble with the heater not keeping the house warm. We came in one evening and it was 48 degrees in the house when the thermostat set to 68. A small issue that can be addressed. Overall we were happy and will try to stay there again next year.
