Could use a coffee pot and blender

the proximity to the beach was perfect, far enough away that we didn’t hear the nightlife but close enough to walk back and forth to the beach easily

the beds were not comfortable. there were not enough blankets. there was only a thin thin thin quilt and a sheet on the bed. we had to use all of the spare fitted and flat sheets to add some covers. the extra pillows in the closet has make up smeared on them.

I liked the location.

The bedding was covered in sand and what appeared to be dead bugs. When I called to have the bedding replaced, no one ever came. Shower had mold and entry door was difficult to open and close.

Easy access to events and beach.

The location was great. Shower had great water pressure.

The a/c was broken the first night and tv in livingroom didnt work. It was so hot and uncomfortable the first night and no one has reached out to compensate me or apologize

Absolutely nothing.

This was a bait and switch. The unit we were assigned was Unit D, pictured above & the same pictures sent to us. Four minutes later, a second email was sent stating we were in Unit C. The pictures & wording illustrate that this unit was a standalone (the customer service agent agreed). It was not. It was a multi apartment complex and Unit C was one of the bottom units. We walked in (at 10 pm) and immediately knew this was not our assigned unit. There was no couch or recliner to sit on in the living area, only three chairs - one kitchen table chair and two wicker. We also immediately noticed the noise from upstairs, which kept us awake until 2:45 am the first night. Ironically, the noise was originating from Unit D, the unit that was assigned to us. At 12:30 am, we called Customer Service to complain about the noise & see what could be done. I was told they could not contact the renters above as it was after property management hours and I should contact law enforcement if I felt it was needed. They told me they started a ticket and someone would contact me first thing in the morning. By 10:30 am and no phone call, I called back & explained again about the noise and that we were assigned the above unit but were put in another. No one from management spoke with the renters above. We needed to go up ourselves come the following morning after the noise on Saturday night keeping us awake until 2 am; both mornings they woke us up at 6:30 am. When we went up there, the maintenance man was cleaning and he said there was a party of eight that had just checked out; mind you, six is their maximum for that rental. Sunday night, the renter to our right was packing up and moving out; we shared a bedroom wall & I finally had to go over there at 2:45 am to ask her to keep it down. In addition, we experienced a myriad of issues with the unit itself. It was filthy, which was very surprising considering I was charged a $175 cleaning fee upfront.

Great location!!! There was ample dishes and pans etc. kitchen was very clean. However, There was no iron, very limited towels and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke and the walls are very thin. There was little direction about what to do about garbage. The cans outside were over flowing. We had no idea whose responsibility it was. Despite that we did enjoy our stay. We also did leave 4 beach chairs that we went and bought and could not fit to bring home. Hopefully they can be used by future renters. 👍

Good location.

It is an adorable place. Had plenty of everything needed in the kitchen. The people who own the place next door were so sweet and their dog is a love!

There were only 4 towels, so bring more. And there was no bedding for the trundle part of the 2nd bedroom. And the propane only lasted enough time to warm it up and clean off the grill. But we left a new tank there so it should be good for the next few guests!
