We absolutely loved staying at this property. The check-in was smooth and easy. The drive up to the property was so pretty, winding roads. The views were incredible. We loved sitting on the deck taking it all in! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could ever need. Loved playing a few games and just relaxing. Loved it!!!

Loved this rental. It had everything you would need for a getaway including board games! View of the mountains were a postcard! Exceptional is the word to describe this rental. Extremely clean!

The unit was hardly clean - kitchens and baths fairly clean,,, food crumbs all over living area and in chairs and sofa.

This property has it all. Great views, comfortable bed, great water pressure for showers, completely stocked kitchen with every cooking utensil, pots, pans, bakeware, splatter screen, storage containers, glass and stemware that you could possibly need. The closets had the most clothes hangers of any vacation unit we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in lots). The deck furniture was very comfortable for enjoying morning coffee and evening sunsets. Having cable TV in addition to streaming options is a big plus. We will stay here again!

This house is amazing. The view is stunning. It was really nice to have all the comforts from home, the things you didn't know you would miss until they aren't there. Things like a spice rack, ice maker, decent dishes and silverware, tupperware containers, etc. The beds were amazingly comfortable as well. We definitely plan to return.

The property was very nice and we really enjoyed our getaway from the coastal heat. :)

This property met and exceeded all of our expectations. We visit Sugar Mountain yearly and I hope to be able to secure this same property in the future for our time in Sugar Mountain!!

Clean and great location

As the title suggests, it was a beautiful spot with an even more beautiful view of the mountains. It fit me and my family perfectly. I would definitely recommend a 4WD car in the winter though since it’s pretty high up on the mountain.

Has a great porch with long range views looking west. Easy access to all the outdoor activities the area is known for. Only a few minor negatives. Check in is down the mountain. Not a deal breaker, but a nuisance. It’s 2021 time for a lockbox or digital lock. Kitchen has no condiments. Bring anything else you need besides eating and cooking utensils. And I mean everything. The view from the spacious deck is stunning. The Reserve is a very conveniently located between Banner Elk and Hwy 105 to Boone. The best part of the Reserve for us was the absolutely beautiful landscaping. Flowers where we live are generally fried in August, but they are unbelievable at The Reserve. Hydrangeas, coneflowers and colorful annuals everywhere you look. Between the flowers and the view, it is a spectacular place.
