Colazione troppo costosa, € 10 a persona (almeno per le famiglie dovrebbero esserci prezzi più agevoli. Ristorante non disponibile (così è stato detto) se non per le permanenze di gruppi Assenza di un mini frigo (essenziale nei giorni torridi di luglio). Prese corrente inutilizzabili (troppo grandi) per la ricarica dei cellulari salvo quella del bagno. Doccia troppo angusta (e con ante non chiudibili (impossibile girarcisi dentro).

Très bien accueilli à la réception. Parking facile d'accès. Chambre relativement grande.

Petit déjeuner trop basique. Peu de choix. Douche trop petite, WC collés au mur. Propreté moyenne, lampe cassée, prise défectueuse. Balcon qui communique avec la chambre voisine.

Personnel très accueillant et parlant français

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere funivia ed il centro di AOSTA. Amplio parcheggio privato. Accoglienti e spaziosi gli spazi comuni di hotel.

The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The breakfast I would highly recommend with lots of variety to suit every taste. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I thought the hotel to be good value for money and generally excellent so this is not a criticism. My recommendation therefore is to improve comfort by a little extra provision in the room. Extra pillows and blankets as well as a reading lamp on a bedside table would have made my stay even better.

Really lovely hotel, would highly recommend, it was clean, comfortable and our room had a balcony with a lovely view of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we got a map of the city and places we could visit. The bathroom was lovely and clean, our bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain over the bath so the floor got very wet and needed to put an extra towel down to mop it up. There was a fridge in the room and we could make hot drinks. The bar area was nice and welcoming and you could sit outside. Only 10-15 mins walk into the city and lots to explore. There was a restaurant but it was closed the day we were there so no idea what it was like. Lots of parking too.

There wasn’t a lot of choice for breakfast so at 9 euros each it was expensive. Our room had sloping walls by the fridge and desk which my husband kept banging his head on.

lovely grounds, great mountain views, ROM very large and the bed was very comfortable.

Like other hotels I stayed at in Italy there was no ventilation to the room except by opening the door onto the balcony. This meant my sleep was disrupted by mosquitoes! I didn’t book the breakfast thinking I could find a cafe bar nearby, but it was quite a walk, so probably say yes to breakfast.
