The highlight of my stay there was incredible SPA!!! I went there almost every day, I definitely recommend and definitely will be back!! Amazing massages, Turkish hammam, relaxing facials! My skin was glowing!!
Also the restaurants are delicious, Novikov was amazing!!
Very friendly, helpful staff, butler who checked on me and helped with all reservations!! Can’t wait to go back!!
Also location and the view are spectacular!!

I liked the premium feeling when you said in which hotel you stayed. It’s a real 5 stars hotel and as expected everything was high quality and level. I liked the good care of the management when a street cat attacked me at Novikov.

Location on the Bosphorus, the spa, room decoration and comfort, personal assistance service (Diana was very courteous, responsive and highly professional), staff in general especially in the pool, spa, restaurants, front desk and concierge, courtesy “surprises” to recognize our special celebration, food and view of Olea restaurant, and music at The Bar.
Outdoor pool is small and the area around it is crammed in between two buildings. The lounge chairs are very close together which provides for little privacy. There was a construction of the hotel adjacent to the pool area which was loud and disruptive. The outdoor smoking lounge with its concept and decoration oddly stands out from the rest of the hotel.

The service, the view, the quality, the interior and furniture..
Service in the cafe/restaurant by the Bosphorus wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. They claimed that tables by the Bosporus are booked (which isn’t correct)and seated me further away, and when i ask them to book it for me for another day, they tell me its not guaranteed!

Given a very warm welcome upon arrival (was greeted by name as soon as I exited my ride). Check in was while sitting in their reception area being served Turkish coffee. Room had a great view at their mountains. Everything is well kept and in top condition. Nice location and only a few minutes drive from Beskitas/Ortakoy and Bebek.
Only minor comments: bathroom size was relatively small compared with room. Room didn't have a desk for my notebook, but the butler came to the rescue by providing a small desk.
