Loved the layout and openness of the home!

The house was a great size for our family. The rug has stains and under the couch wasn’t cleaned in a long time. The sink downstairs was falling out. The office staff was very nice and offered to send out a cleaning crew but we declined. We mainly wanted them to know for future cleanings. They did send out someone to fix the sink. All in all the house was good for our beach weekend and the staff was responsive.

Beautiful beach home, short walk to beach, clean, rare to find 3 king size beds with 3 bathrooms, exceptional find.

House was perfect for our needs. Renting was easy, but checking in difficult. Had to bypass local property manager and contact 1-800 number. Dishwasher needed a new heating element that was there, but not installed. No response from local Vacasa property manager.

We love the layout of this house; the dinning table is big enough for 11+ people. The beds are so comfy as are the couches next to the smart tv. The decks are wonderful and it's an easy walk to the beach. This is our second time staying here. The cleanliness of the house was okay, but there were issues. The hallway bathroom on the second floor needs some attention. There was a black ring of mold in the toilet seat and a very moldy corner. The kids bunk beds have sand in the top corners (this was before we ever went to the beach). Cob webs in the corners and either their vacuum is not good or the upstairs was not vacuumed. Lots of hairs in every room on the top floor bedrooms and bathrooms. We asked for a cleaning after arrival but as it was so close to Christmas, we gave up waiting as there was not a clear time as to when the cleaners would arrive. The kitchen appliances are all in good shape as are the dishes, but the pots and pans are so beat up. There are only like 6 forks, easy fix as we bought some plastic ones, but it would have been nice not to have to do that. Especially for our first dinner there expecting to have a normal amount of silverware. The dining chairs have been upgraded and are very comfortable. Overall you can't got wound with this house, there are just those small things that add up. This could definitely be a 5 star place with just a little more attention to details.

House was very well set up and devoted very well. 3 kings and bunk room were perfect. We loved the deck as well.

We enjoyed our stay very nice house. The only downside was that I was given the wrong code to get the key. I was outside with my mom for about 40 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay at 5 More Minutes. The cabin was clean and stocked with main necessities to get you started. The beach is close enough to walk to and is in view from the cabin. The common area by the upstairs bedrooms was very nice with a Keurig coffee pot, little sink and fridge. We will definitely be heading back someday.

I loved staying at this house. Many houses in the area look nice but have issues like water heater capacity, low water pressure, broken appliances, or other generally hard to fix problems. This house's only big problem is that every white dining chair is broken and like torture to sit in. We had to bring pillows from the bedrooms to sit on. Despite the tortuous chairs, I give this place 4 stars. The downstairs bathroom's tub was slow to drain as well. Minor issues in my book. There was an issue upon arrival but the manager of the property had someone come fix it within hours. Excellent service, location, generally nice conditions, beautiful decks, comfy beds, and cleanliness, but those chairs have got to be replaced before I come here again.

We loved being close to the water but yet just far enough away. The house it very spacious and had plenty of room for the entire family of 9. AC units worked great and froze us out at night which we love. Definitely going to rent again.

First of all, if you hate the rocking of an RV you will loathe this house. The house shakes so terribly and with every movement made in the house. I’ve stayed in dozens of beach houses on beams and never has a house rocked and shook at all, much less like an RV! This was very hard to get used to, sleep through, and be comfortable in. Secondly, the listing says “beach towels” and there were zero. I didn’t pack any because it was on the listing. So I had to buy beach towels after we got there. There were also not enough regular towels for everyone in our group. If your house sleeps 13 - there should be at least 13 towels. Ridiculous. We all got there, went straight to beach and wanted to shower before dinner. We had to share towels!! Ridiculous. So we had to go buy more towels. Third - the emails and texts to Vacasa took forever to receive replies. The septic alarm was going off for days and no one came to turn it off even tho we reported it. Finally, the house was perfect size for us. The three king bed rooms were the best part! The kids bunk room A/C doesn’t work or something is wrong. They sweat every night. The reviews show the carpet on stairs has been an issue for a while and it still is. My little one cut her toe on the exposed carpet tack strip. Fix it! While I’d recommend Crystal Beach any day! It’s a great destination! Just not this house. It needs work and management needs to do better.

We loved being only steps from the beach and hanging out on the second and third floor decks. Walk to the water, rent a golf cart, or drive your car on the sand. Spacious bedrooms, three full baths, and two refrigerators to accommodate our group! Just down the street from a great restaurant and only a few minutes to fun shops. Waves for boogie boarding kept my kids in the water for hours. This was our second time at this house, and we’ll definitely be back again!

We had an amazing time from enjoying the cold breeze from the decks to the short golf cart rides to the beach.. House had everything we needed never had to leave to get anything. It was prom weekend so the beach was packed full of seniors but even with that we enjoyed watching everyone celebrate their achievements.

I had the funest trip. At first I was kind of scared because I've never booked online before. This Home is wonderful, super clean, and equipped with everything you need. I will return to 5 more minutes in the near future!

Three king beds is a pretty nice setup, and so is having two fridges. Dedicate one to junk food, sodas, beer, and the other to real food! The kids made up some soccer game on the second (upper) balcony and had a blast with that, too, which is a good not-at-the-beach activity other than screens. Take a small soccer ball if you have kids. I didn't have any water pressure issues. I even ran all three showers at the same time for many minutes and they still blasted harder than my shower at home, so obviously that issue was fixed that other reviewers had mentioned. This house was amazing. We were a small group (three adults) but this house would be perfect for larger families, as well. Lots of beds, three bathrooms, an upstairs minifridge and coffee bar! The views from both decks were amazing, especially the upper deck. The beach was a very short walk away, and the amenities were next level. Food options were close, if you want to eat out (including Jose's, a family favorite). My only wish was that we would have had access to the lift to help with bags. Other than that, this was a perfect rental. I've already suggested it to other friends and family.

We loved the beach house. It was set up so nice and it was very clean. Everything was laid out very neatly and efficient. We had some trouble with the TV remotes, there were no batteries. I called but no one ever came to check on it. Also, they may need to get an exterminator because there were some ants coming in the house by the TV built-in on the floor. We sprayed them and didn't have any more trouble. Over all it was an excellent experience. Next time I will definitely ask about the lift though because my 88 year old Dad was with us and we could have used it. I didn't know that it would be locked out.

This place is prefect, and has everything you need. The bedrooms are big and spacious. We had 9 people 4 adults, 5 kids under 12. Everyone had a great time and didn't feel like we are sitting on top of each other. Kitchen was nice and having the 2 fridges is a game changer. The patios are great morning, day or night to sit out and people watch. The ground level cooking area was very nice too. The only downside was they have this brand-new lift and don't allow you to use it, bringing up a 150qt. cooler full of food for 9 people was a killer. Other than that this is a 10/10 and we can't wait till next years trip.

This property is big, comfortable, and essentially brand new. Two fridges - seriously - this matters with a big group. This is an amazing rental. Water pressure was fixed during our stay. The municipality had an issue. Pressure was perfect after - no issues.

Pros: updated home, all beds were king sized other than the twin bunk room, balcony on both levels, three full size bathrooms, two fridges, upper level full size laundry, ocean views, quick walk/access to the beach. Ceiling fans in every bedroom. Cons: the water pressure was a huge problem, only one person can shower at a time. Water trickles out of the sinks. Right when we were packing up to leave and folks were toileting/showering, the water stopped working entirely. This may be an island problem, not a house problem (not sure). Two of the blinds weren't working properly (one wouldn't open, one wouldn't close) on the main level so we couldn't see the ocean on one side, had sun when we didn't want it blaring in or we couldn't close at night when we needed privacy but that's a small issue.
