This complex is great, close to shopping, restaurants, beach, and highways. The residents here are very friendly. The unit we rented did not have a toaster, the Keurig machine did not work, the master bedroom toilet plugged up many times despite normal usage. We ended up buying, and leaving, a toilet plunger. I realize a rental unit will not be exactly like home, but we felt a few of the basics were missing.

I would definitely go back to this condo complex again, however not to this unit.
This complex is great, close to shopping, restaurants, beach, and highways. The residents here are very friendly. The unit we rented did not have a toaster, the Keurig machine did not work, the master bedroom toilet plugged up many times despite normal usage. We ended up buying, and leaving, a toilet plunger. It is not too far from the beaches, close to grocery stores, other residents are friendly. the condo is comfortable. As with other condo rentals, bring with you what you regularly use or you might have to buy it.
