Good

Property was good size and location for us traveling down from DFW area. We were looking for some beach/water time during our Spring Break and the property provided what we needed. We only had one sunny day that we got to spend out on the water, but the location gave us plenty of other family activities to participate in. State parks, historic downtowns to explore nearby if you can’t spend a lot of time on the water.

Online listing is accurate. Had a nice stay. Beach is awesome.

Upon arriving everything seemed great. The deck was nice, we went down to the beach and it was hot. There is no shade to protect you next to the river. We ended up buying an "EZ UP" that was destroyed by the wind. We couldn't enjoy the beach or river from the hours between10am to 6pm because of the overbearing heat and lack of shade. We tried to do some laundry and there was a big leak inside the garage. My wife ended up slipping trying to get to the washer. We ended up not using the washers. I understand that the heat is not controllable by the host, but they could have provided some shade. Keep in mind the weather and lack of shade when considering your stay. The house is very nice, a little outdated but functional. There was a lack of paper products and didn't want to buy our own for fear of harming the septic system. The time we were by the river was great. Our kids had fun in the river.

It was so cool to have a house right on the water! The sand is hard to walk on so be sure to bring good shoes. House was nice. Hosts were responsive and friendly.

It was very clean and the views were amazing I would go back.

Honestly can't say enough wonderful things about this property! Upon arrival it just had such a welcoming, relaxing, and homey feeling. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Walking inside the home just welcomed us. It was so nice. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Such a relaxing vacation with my husband and kids. Management Staff was beyond amazing. They replied at all hours of the day and evening with any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend this property for you and your family's next getaway

The property was as listed. It was right on the river and there was heavy boat traffic but the water was lovely. Short trip to H‑E‑B and downtown.

We had a wonderful time at this property. All was as advertised. Having stayed in several properties on Vrbo over the years I have be come accepting of the fact that photos might be a bit off, things may be a bit different or older than advertised, but this property didn’t hold any surprises. I would say that a broom being available would have been nice.
