We greatly appreciated the hotel staff, from the managers to the support staff. They were always friendly and helpful. The facilities were complete and comfortable, such as the fitness area, the lounge, and the workspace with computers.
My family and I found the breakfast was sufficient to start off the day. There was a chance for us to do what suited our respective tastes.
The location was ideal -- restaurants and convenience stores were very accessible.
Providing free car parking spaces would be helpful for us who come in our cars. Available parking space was limited.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, nice selections.
The low score is due to the room itself. The room smelled terrible like someone was smoking. The shampoo and other things in the bathroom were empty or broken. There was a banging (best way to describe it) coming from the bathroom area. We booked a room for 3 people, the fold out couch did not have blankets or a pillow.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The location is great with a 10-15 minute drive from the center of Boston. Breakfast was really good with a wide selection of everything. If you don’t have time for breakfast there’s a small kitchen in your suite that is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and store food!
The rooms weren’t cleaned properly. The first room we checked into smelled like a wet dog and had kibble in and outside of the suite. The front desk helped us check into a cleaner room, but that one was also not cleaned very well. At least it didn’t smell like a wet dog. The beds and pillows aren’t very comfortable, both my partner and I had trouble sleeping not only because of that but because there was constant construction going on outside.

it was very clean, updated, quiet (aside from the fire alarm), and the staff seemed nice!
My boyfriend and I both could not get comfortable in the bed, we tossed and turned all night, and we finally fell asleep at 3am and woke up at 7am for the breakfast and then the fire alarm would not stop going off for basically the rest of the stay up until we checked out.

Everything. Homey feel to the public areas and room, great bed, good shower, fridge-freezer, coffee/tea making facility. American-style, just about everything I could want was offered for breakfast. Just to point out, plates, cups, cutlery all disposable, but quality of food was of pretty high standard. Staff very pleasant. 15min walk from the Assembly Row shopping district (on other side of Mystic river).
It would be nice to have a few more international tv stations (for a bit of added variety). Availability of a tray would be nice to carry breakfast from buffet area to table area, but not really a big deal.

The environment is neat and homely. I liked that the kitchen area has the necessary things for cooking and eating to make staying there comfortable. The room also has microwave and a big refrigerator. Breakfast is also good, there is grab and go option or you can dine in Overall, it is a good place to lodge.
The staff are nice but some of them need to be prompt with response to customer's request.

The location of where this hotel and where the mbta station was. It was nice to not have to drive in Boston. It also had a continental breakfast which was convenient and nice to not worry about a meal.
