The most incredible view out of all windows of mountains, water and a small fishing village. Close to great walks. Peaceful and enjoyed watching the gulls

Some cushions on the couch would be nice but we used pillows. The stairs are step but we only took up what we needed and there is a sturdy hand rail. Being higher enhanced the view.

It is a "strange" Cabin that looks like a warehouse on the outside, the guest rooms are on the second floor of a tall garage and the ground floor is empty. The upstairs area is very large, there are more rooms, the living room is very spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine and dryer, and the view from the window is good.

Access to the second floor is somewhat difficult, requiring a steep wooden staircase. It is difficult to carry a suitcase up and down the stairs.

The best B&B we have ever stayed. It is like our small castle in Lofoten. So love it.

Overall rating for this accommodation is difficult as there many pros and cons -pros.....Stunning location and spectacular view with a very nice well equipped suite

Cons- if you have tours and attractions arranged, especially prearranged, at Svolvaer the drive would be +/- 2hours so any events should be done at nearby Reine......and this should be made clear to any prospective renter. Access is another Issue, as the entry code must be entered on difficult antiquated tumblers- twice- once at the outside entry and then again in the dark, at the top of a very dangerous steep stair with an inadequate handrail and tiny landing at the top. As an architect I can say that this would not be according to the current Norwegian building code and with children and the elderly could be subject to the likelihood of legal action in the case of injury. I would strongly suggest this be dealt with ASAP. This could be resolved by locating the entry door, landing and possibly a couple of initial steps at the end of the hall and then run the stairs along the back wall. Inclusion of a winder may be required to redirect the staircase in order to achieve headroom may be necessary...anyways I'll the challenge to a local architect.

Amazing! Everything is comfortable and clean, amazing views from living area to the kitchen. Comfortable beds. House can fit 6 people. I love it! 😍

The location is simply increadible righ up to the water surronded by montains. Everything is so idyllic... My favourite holiday house view from ever... And the house with so much windows, and light and everything so functional. The kitchen and living room where amazing. We jusr love the place and hope to return one day

Perfect location on the Lofoten island, nice apartment to rest after a long day of exploring the islands or staying cozy inside if the weather is bad ! We enjoyed it so much :)
