There was no hot water (fixed after asking at the reception) No WiFi in the rooms on higher floors Fridge is in an odd place

The host was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was also good.

It was a pretty basic hotel which a nightly rate of 60€ would have fitted better than the 80€ we paid. But of course you are paying a premium for the location close to the beach. The shower was positioned at the wrong end of the bath which makes guests liable to slip. Both my partner and I almost fell.

The staff are very friendly,don´t speak English and French, but we found a common language.

The furniture, coffee and tea possibility in a room.

This hotel and the decor are of a better standard than one would expect for a 2* hotel. Everything was impeccably clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful. Would certainly consider visiting again.

hotel management and staff are top!, excellent location

Room was clean. Good location Street parking close by.

Staff were completely dis interested and un helpful. We stayed 4 nights and had not even one acknowledgment. The WiFi didn't reach our room. The restaurant shut at 5pm and we were not told and were left wandering for several kms trying to find somewhere. We were made to feel very un welcome. Add to this downstairs smelled of drains.

Staff is the best I've ever met !!! Very pleasant!

Everything about these Hotel small but Super kool

The breakfast was the only disappointment at this hotel. It was a measly croissant with 2 Slices of bread and a few sachets of jam. Also zero parking available and very busy streets surrounding the building so we had to park a good 5 min walk away. Other than that room was decent with old but useful facilities bed was good air con was good and a good number of plug sockets in convenient places.

Room was great size, with balcony. Clean and very close to the beach. Onsite restaurant was nice and breakfast was fine.

We were lucky to park on the street close to the hotel, but not easy to park.

Read a good review and chose this Hotel which is actually not in the centre but in outskirts of Cullera with little choice of eating out. There are only 2 local restaurants only one of which remains open from 10am to 11pm. The other restaurant we never saw open at all. There were no local shops that were open whenever we went out whether morning afternoon or evening. The staff appear friendly but we were not allowed to use the hotel restaurant - it was always "closed." Even when clearly lunch was going on inside for family members and even for our breakfast which we paid extra for. We were made to eat in the dark television lounge. When we asked for extra pillows we were told they would be brought up in 30minutes but we had to go downstairs an hour later to follow up. We did not consider it good value for money.

The timing of our visit meant we suspect we were the only guests the night we stayed. Combined with the fact the site is surrounded by predominantly holiday properties, it was very very quiet both inside and outside the hotel. The room and bathroom were both large and the bed was a good size and very comfortable; there was also a good sized balcony with a bit of a sea view.

The breakfast was very basic, but typically Spanish.
