We had a five star stay at the condo. It is everything that it’s promised to be. There are so many restaurants that are close and so good and it was nice to be out of town, but close enough to take a golf cart in if you wanted to. Heading down to the truckstop for trivia, live music, and movie night was so close and so fun! On the other side of the road, there is a walking path all along the beach that we didn’t realize until almost our last day. It was wonderful to go for morning walks and look out at the gorgeous water. The Condo itself was clean, Well stocked and has a very comfortable bed, the patio is fun to read a book, look at the amazing view, or watch the folks down at the pool. We would absolutely go back and stay there! Mariah was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

This was my husband's and I first time to Belize. Mariah was so communicative from the very beginning!! As soon as I booked, I received and email. I asked plenty of questions and Mariah answered all of them and made me feel at ease for my first trip to Belize. When we got to Belize, everything was as she described, down to a "T"... when we got into the airport, the duty free items, the other plane we were getting on and how to get to that, the taxi waiting for us when we arrived on the island, the check in, getting our golf cart, everything was seamless!! The condo was PERFECT and EXACTLY as described and shown in pictures. Funny, I was more concerned about what was in the kitchen so that I could cook as well as bake my husband a cake for his birthday. Mariah assured me that everything was there that I needed. She was absolutely right. I have never seen a condo that has everything you could need as if you were in your own kitchen (all the bakeware you need, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, containers for left overs, etc). I really did feel like I was in my kitchen at home. In fact, the entire place felt like we were at home. This condo has consistent 5 stars for a reason! If/when we come back, we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Mariah, for making our stay comfortable and worry free!!

We stayed a week at this condo. The building is new, we loved the location, and the condo itself is clean, impeccably cared for and well stocked with anything we needed. The swim up bar was awesome and the staff was super helpful. The owner was super helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this condo!

The condo was just as described....beachy decor, well-stocked, great location on the bay with beautiful pool and helpful staff. Most days, we had the pool to ourselves. The resort opened a new swim-up bar with some great drinks and had food availability that could be ordered from off-sight. The owner was very thorough in providing us with all of the amenities of the condo and surrounding area before our trip. She even checked in with us at the start and mid-vacation to make sure everything was as expected. Great response time, as well! Would definitely come back to this great resort and condo in the future: )

Good location for beach, dining, and entertainment. Golf cart rental a must! I am pleased we had access to Grand Caribe amenities as well. When Sunset Caribe’s final pool and bar are completed this will be so much fun.

What a nice quiet location yet close to everything with a golf cart. Fantastic Hot Tub overlooking the lagoon side which means the wind is not as crazy here. This is closer to Secret Beach than others so the ride wasn't too long. We rented a golf cart from Sunset Caribe right on site and it was very easy and convenient, they also booked our taxi ride for us from Maya Air too and from and if you choose you can book other snorkeling tours and such thru them. Mariah was a fantastic host and we communicated well, thank you for your fun in the sun home away from home, we will be back!!

The instructions were great and it was so easy to check in. Place was just as stated.

Overall, this place is extremely clean, well designed, fully stocked place and is close to town so you don't have to deal with the bumpy roads up north. One item i was slightly disappointed was the view, i was thinking the sunset would be seen from the patio but in reality it was south (looking left) and was really not in sight at all. Other than that, it was a great place and would recommend it.

Mariah was so great to work with for questions and the place was amazing. The property exceeded expectations. The service at the condo was a 10. Every person made us feel welcome to the condo and to Belize. I highly recommend Mariah as an owner. We plan on coming to stay again soon.

Our first trip to Belize and we could of not chosen a better place to stay. The staff was incredible the entire stay, from check in, to hospitality staff, to the many security people on property. The accommodations are perfect, everything you need for your stay, never once did we even say it would be nice if..... The location is perfect, so much to do within walking distance and also a short cart ride from everything else. The construction is not even a concern. Thanks for sharing your place with others, and taking the time to add all the special touches.

The views were stunning. Very nice restaurants to dine at with an island flare. Many excursions to keep you busy. I fell in love with the yoga studio Akbol. If you have ever done yoga this is a must.

This place is as advertised. The condo was even better then we expected. All of our arrangements were handled by the staff and we wanted for nothing. From our flight from Belize City to San Pedro to the golf cart rental everything was handled for us. The area was very safe and the compound had it's own around the clock security. There is some construction going on next door but don't worry about that as it really is not that much of an issue and you don't hear anything while in the condo. There is plenty of local restaurants nearby and you can just go across the street to the Grand Caribe and enjoy the sandy beach. I would highly recommend this place for your getaway!

Sunset Caribe is a gorgeous property & the condo itself was immaculate & nicely appointed! It looks exactly as the pictures show down to the last detail. The furniture is comfortable, the condo is roomy, the kitchen has everything you can think of for your stay. Housekeeping is fantastic - and the complimentary laundry service was so nice! The balcony is spacious and comfortable with a peaceful view of the bay + nice sunsets. Sunset Caribe is still being built out & there was construction next door all day every day - but you can't hear it from inside the condo at all and even when we were at the pool, it didn't bother us - but if you're sensitive to that type of thing, you may want to consider Grande Caribe across the street. Booking was a breeze and Mariah was very responsive to our questions! She provided an awesome sheet of details about how to navigate arrival/departure, what transportation & excursion options were available, and a super helpful list of dining & grocery options. Check-in was easy and Sheridan was so helpful from pre-booking the transfer flight, golf cart and snorkel trip to answering questions throughout our stay. My partner also worked with Mariah, the concierge staff & housekeeping to arrange decorations, flowers & a bottle of prosecco to surprise me for my birthday! The golf cart was waiting for us on arrival which was so nice & the guard at the gated entrance of the property kept track of our comings & goings which I appreciated as a safety measure - though we really never felt unsafe. We booked 2 separate snorkel trips through Sunset Caribe and the full-day snorkel to Hol Chan with the nurse sharks, Caye Caulker + booze was OUTSTANDING!!! We spent a couple of afternoons over at Grande Caribe as well & their property was equally nice & welcoming. They have the swim-up bar which is fun. Sunset Caribe is north of the bridge & is part of a really nice, clean, beautiful strip of restaurants and accommodations. Plenty of options are within walking distance, though we generally took the golf cart to reduce the amount of time we were available as mosquito food. ;) Overall, it was an amazing trip & the condo, property, and attention to every detail exceeded our expectations!

We had the best time at this rental and it has everything that you need. Mariah was so responsive and helpful with anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. We were sad to leave.

I loved the location of the property, centrally located. My condo was perfect and equipped with every amenity. The guards made me feel safe and were knowledgeable. I loved the view and the pool area. I would definitely recommend Sunset Caribe! Only downfall-no gym to workout and could not use Grand Caribe's gym.

The one thing that cannot be accurately described here that makes all the difference is genuine friendliness of the people of Belize. Really great property to stay in san Pedro. Very well maintained. Mariah was a great host and made sure we had all the information required to enjoy the area. The staff and service at Sunset Caribe was really good.

We stayed at Sunset Caribe while our house on south Ambergris Caye was being painted. The condo was spotlessly clean and very well furnished. It had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was a breeze because when you come through the security gate, the guards let the front desk know you're on your way so when you get to the lobby everything is ready for you. Staff is very efficient and quite friendly. Overall a very nice property close to many good restaurants.
