What an incredible home to spend the holidays with our family! We played checkers out on the back porch while we waited for dinner to cook. This home has been well thought out. We have stayed at MANY Villages homes. This does NOT look like a rental. Everything you need is here even down to the hair dryer! They even stepped their game with two coffee makers old school and K-cup. Felt very at home for the few days we’re there.
The owners were beyond helpful and easy to reach even over the holidays. Grateful for their kindness and patience.
Would stay here again when we return! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An outstanding property for our Thanksgiving holiday. It all starts with communication. We've had no better experience. Curb appeal. Photos do not do the property justice. Clean and comfortable inside and out (be sure to sit outside in the screened in patio. The bed and bath were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen!! We prepared a 20 pound turkey and a couple of side dishes for dinner at another home in The Villages. Plenty of tools and serving pieces. Don't forget to enjoy the comfortable family room and large TV. A great space to unwind.
We look forward to our next visit with family, so be sure not to take the days we want for ourselves.

The home was very spacious and gave everyone a chance to spread out. We really enjoyed the full kitchen to prepare and eat meals so we didn't have to go out to eat every day. The location was great and central to all we wanted to do during our stay. I definitely recommend and look forward to returning someday!

This property is gorgeous and located in a newer neighborhood. Owners were very accommodating and they provided quick replies to my inquiries. When in the area again, I would definitely return. We had a fabulous family trip !

We Love The Villages and Golf Carts
This is a wonderful, clean, spacious 3 bedroom home just a few minutes from a family pool. The screened in porch proved a great place to nap during a thunderstorm.

Beautiful Home Great For an Adult Vacation
This home was new, clean, well stocked with all items you would need pillows, blankets, towels, beach towels, pots, pans, dishes and silverware…great space with plenty of room for everyone. Check in was simple. Our hosts were always available and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I would recommend this home and our hosts to anyone who wants a fabulous vacation rental with no issues. I give this home 5 stars!!! 🌞🌞🤩🤩

Simply perfect…
This home is absolutely beautiful, very clean and equipped with everything you’ll need. It’s almost as though we never left home!! Michael made the booking , check-in, and check-out processes so easy and was very prompt in responding to emails. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend to others. Amazing Property
We absolutely loved our stay. The property was beautiful and we felt right at home. The kids loved the lanai it was very close to all the amenities. Michael was very helpful and was easily accessible to answer all our questions and needs. Definitely will stay there again!! Thank you!

The home and the neighborhood were absolutely beautiful. The house was sparkling new and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was great. If you are considering moving to The Villages, this gives you a great way to know what life would be like here. Michael and his wife couldn't have been nicer.

Best vacation & home ever!
Although I left my full review in the Guest Notebook, I wanted to say something here to honor our amazing experience in this home away from home! Every need we had was met. ALL GREAT THINGS! The owners were professional, friendly, and prompt. Access to ALL The Villages’ recreational facilities & activities were unexpected blessings. The residents were welcoming, too. I could go on because as I stated- ALL GREAT THINGS!

Everything you could ever need and more.....
Michael and Marge's home is a beautiful 3/2/2.5 house located in a newer section of The Villages. The area is quiet and not far from Brownwood Square. Our hosts were available when needed. You will need for nothing while you are there. All instructions are well laid out and leave nothing to chance. The entire house is comfortable with a large back porch with plenty of furniture. I cannot over state how beautiful and spacious this house is. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Property
We were two couples that stayed at this property in The Villages to get a feel for a possible relocation. The property worked perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and had every amenity you might need. The owner got us guest passes to use while we were there as well. Would highly recommend this property if you want to learn more about The Villages or you just want to relax on vacation.

Beautiful, comfortable home in The Villages
The pictures of this property does not do it justice. The kitchen is beautiful and inviting, especially with the under cabinet and night time lighting. The interior details and decorations are tasteful and "homey". The owners are very detailed and were super pleasant to communicate with. If you want to enjoy a newer part of the development, this is a perfect property to experience The Villages.

Brand New Clean & Beautiful Home
Cleanest house we ever stayed in. Amazing finishes and features in this home including: great furniture, huge TV, lighting under cabinets on counter and on floor, huge garage, close to pool, comfortable beds, amazing walk-in shower in master bathroom, and so much more. Highly recommended- this house is a must see!!
