Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week. The condo was centrally located and was decorated beautifully. The owner clearly has good taste. The main floor was lovely and easy for everyone to gather. The bathrooms were beautiful and we liked that it had a laundry. We also liked the wetbar in the living room. We appreciated that it had beach chairs in the laundry room. We used them. On the downside, it did have parking but not assigned parking so there were often no spots right in front of our unit which was annoying when it was raining and we were carrying in groceries from across the lot. It didn't have much outside decking and no grill. It had no access to a pool. It had no public bathroom on the first floor so you had to go through someone's bedroom to reach a was a long walk to the outdoor trash cans too. It would have been nice to have some right outside the unit. The freezer didn't make ice because the filter needed to be replaced so buying ice was irritating.

The kitchen was well equipped so we could eat some meals there and we really enjoyed the games that were in the house as well. My only 'complaint' was that in the bedrooms there were no curtains so the sun was shining brightly in the morning. Overall, it was great and we would stay again.

Lovely villa, close to beach and Cougar Point Easy biking to Sanctuary, Fresh Fields, and all around. Would highly recommend.

Place was clean and comfortable for my husband and I and two children (ages 16 and 19). Kitchen was pleasantly well equipped for anything needed to cook meals. Location was great and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Rental company sent a link to easily rent bikes and beach chairs for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
