Location and communication wa a breeze 😌

location and space was nice.

1. Wasn't as clean as I would have liked or expected. $75 cleaning fee but either the people before us didn't pay it or they just didn't do a good job. We had to sweep and vacuum when we got there. 2. Was in town for son's basketball tournament and would have like for the kids to get time in the pool in our down time but the pool was out of order.

location worked well for us. apartment complex was clean and felt safe. lock box made for access easy. space is well laid out. decorations are minimal and nice.

right next to an off ramp from the highway, noise and cars lights shine through the windows. bathroom body soap / shampoo containers were empty. crumbs on the kitchen counter when we arrived. when we arrived, the room had a strong, odd “sweet” smoke smell.

I liked the bed, it was comfortable

There were many things broken, or in poor repair throughout the apartment. The shade in the bedroom was completely off the window, leaving the room open to the neighborhood lights all night. The noise level from the highway - which is right outside the window, should be noted in general description, as it causes a lot of noise all day and night. Check in instructions did not come through the app properly, but I was able to call for instructions with no issue. There was no TV remote, and attempting to use the Roku app was unsuccessful due to the apartments tv not being listed as an option for programing with the app. The person managing the apartment was not responsive to texts after the first day, despite several tries. Perhaps a checklist greeting new arrivals notifying them of the TV remote procedure, and a few badly needed repairs would make the apartment more Inviting, and make it feel as if the guest is a welcomed consumer, not just a passerby. Over priced for the general condition of the property.

The pillows were comfortable and the decor was cute

Looked like the sheets had human and pet hairs. There wasn't any bar soap in the bathroom. The Roku tv remote was no where to be found. We couldn't get the name and password of wifi during the entire stay. No washcloths Had issues getting into the room. The code for the lockbox didn't work

It was dirty, up two flights of stairs, right next to highway and parking lot (where apparently people like to rev car engines all night), had issue w/ wifi not connecting (which was the only issue resolved by the manger -contact person). There is nobody on site to help, if needed. I asked to be moved to a different room, or a refund because the bed was disgusting, there was makeup and hair ALL over them. The contact person said ‘looks like they forgot to lint roll’ 🤢 like uhh no they need washed. Thankfully there were extra linens in closet, but sheeesh, if I wanted to make my bed, I would have stayed home. 🙄 the picture of feet is from walking around the room barefoot in the morning 😬 that’s not clean... ewww!
