It is always a pleasure to stay at Maple Roost. We enjoy visiting Columbia to visit family, and this house has everything we need. I was able to cook casseroles for Thanksgiving dinner because the kitchen is so well appointed. And we enjoyed being close to everything we needed.

Extremely immaculate home. The king size bed was more comfortable than mine at home. There are too many pros to name them all! The host stayed in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for 2 couples! Quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. We had coffee on the front porch every morning. We will definitely be back!

Easily my favorite VRBO rental to date. The house was even nicer in person. It’s one if the few properties I’ve stayed in that I didn’t feel the need to clean anything. Even the Keurig looked freshly washed. Check in/out instructions were clear and the host is friendly and responsive. The house is very cozy - plenty of space to hang out with friends but also space to have some alone time. The walk into town was nice and there were several great food options. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Our stay was wonderful. This house is lovely. From the decor to the amenities, Holly has thought of everything. She checked in on us to make sure we were OK and had everything we needed and also recommended some cute places locally to go shopping. The location is ideal. It was very close to downtown. It is close to a grocery store, shopping and several restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe. We have all agreed that we would definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area. It was perfect.

Talk about peace... this place was peaceful, clean and a gorgeous space. After spending long days with family it was wonderful coming 'home' to such a welcoming environment. Host was responsive and accomendating. We will definitely be returning to this home!

The house was perfect for my husband and I. We had a 14 hour drive to Tennessee and some lengthy drives to activities while there. Our son was married Saturday in Columbia, that is why we chose it. The house was beautiful, comfortable and immaculate. Everything we needed was there. Holly was very nice and helpful. I would give more stars if possible.

We came into town for a PGF softball tournament. This property was everything one could hope for and it's about 8 minutes from the park.

What attracted us to this house was proximity to Ridley Park (10 minutes) and downtown (3 minutes). The house was immaculate, the beds and furniture comfortable and the communication and little personal touches outstanding. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Columbia!

My elderly mother, husband and I stayed at this property for a four day trip to visit my brother and his family. Communication was outstanding as soon as I booked I received a message from host Holly. The home is just as described. Comfortable and welcoming. The decor is really nice and everything has its place. Holly makes everything clear and concise. We had zero trouble checking in and checking out. We will book this property again on further visits to Columbia.

It’s a lovely house, felt spacious and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything I needed. Would suggest a big plastic bowl for popcorn and a few plastic glasses for kiddos. We hope to be back in the summer.

I was delighted to stay for the third time at this sparklingly clean, beautifully appointed property. The house is perfectly situated on a quiet street yet conveniently close to downtown. Sitting on the little porch sipping my coffee in the mornings was particularly delightful. Holly is very responsive when I have to contact her.

Visited Columbia for a funeral service. We loved the home. The furnishings were comfy and inviting and Holly’s special Decorative touches made this home extra special. We slept well and enjoyed both living room spaces. We did manage to find a cute gift shop just down the road for some items to bring home and a friendly pizza place nearby for a delicious lunch. Holly is so kind and attentive and if we’re ever in the area again, we’d make the Maple Roost our home away from home.

We stayed at Maple Roost while visiting for a wedding and it worked out really well! Located right by adorable downtown Columbia area and near Meadow Hill Farm wedding venue, it was perfect for us! Clean, plenty of space, bright and cheerful rooster and Rae Dunn decor. Owners are very accommodating and easy to contact. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Where do you start, Holly the owner unbelievably friendly and as quick with a response to any questions leading up to check in to questions about the town. The place is super clean, and much bigger in person. The fresh eggs in the fridge for us was a nice touch. I stayed in the 2 single bed room and was surprised by the comfort of the bed. My cousin stayed in the queen bedroom and loved it. We were in town for a wedding. The cute little downtown area is awesome to walk around and get some pics!! Even though Nashville is about an 50min away it was easy enough to get there . Overall I would say this place is a 10 out of 10.

MapleRoost was a lovely home located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood in the historic district of Columbia. Nearby were shops and plenty of restaurants. Perfect location while attending David Phelps Barn Bash.

My friend and I were looking for a relaxing getaway and this was the perfect place to do it! The calming tones throughout the home made relaxing that much easier. The home is a milebir less from downtown, the street of the property wad super quiet. The home was spacious and cozy. We couldn't say enough about it. We would love to come back!

This was a great property! Great location to what we were doing in town, beautiful home decor, spacious home, great accommodations! We will definitely be back!

The property appeared fairly clean and looked as advertised, except we didn't know until we got there that the driveway is on a steep incline and makes it difficult to unload things from the car. It was in a great location for what we needed and you could tell a lot of thought had been put into decorating. Almost anything you would need was provided. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen along with 2 types of coffee makers. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions. However, the mattress on the king bed really needs replacing along with the blanket that was on the bed. It might not have been dirty but it looked dirty. Also found a hair on it. A few other things that need to be changed would be to use new soaps each time you have guests. I always carry my own and glad I did because I would not want to use a soap that someone else had used. There were used soaps in all the bathrooms. The floors appeared clean but I wore white socks in the house and the soles of the socks were pretty dirty after wearing them around awhile. My guess is the floors are not getting cleaned between guests. Also clean out the refrigerator between guests. I don't know who would want to use condiments that someone else had used, especially with the threat of Covid. Overall, it worked for what we needed and we enjoyed the town of Columbia with the cute shops and great restaurants.

A beautiful bungaloo on a lovely street, within walking distance to downtown. Everything inside seemed recently remodelled. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Host was very available and helpful.
