The evening meal was excellent The pool, gym and sauna etc was first class. staff were so pleasant and helpful but ( see below)
I didn’t expect to see static caravans on the property. It gave totally the wrong impression initially at least. Some were old/very old and detracted from the hotel which was unfortunate. A number of really old ones were being removed so work in progress. On reflection I wouldn’t allow that to colour my view just had to mention it. Maybe I’m being too picky.

Perfect location right next to beach, rooms were fantastic, staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful and the food was absolutely superb - brilliant value for money and we will definitely return!!

Room overlooked fire escape but we were only there one night.

The staff are very welcoming and really friendly, the swimming pool and spa area is really good
only negative for me is our rooms radiator was too small capacity wise for the size of the room so took a little while to warm up, but that is being picky as everything else was perfect

The room was large, clean and very comfortable, we could take our dog, we used tge soa that was wonderful too

The staff so friendly and the food 10 out of 10 fantastic food drinks good value 👌 we booked one night but decided to stay for 2 the beds best sleep ever just so relaxing here.

It was so clean and the rooms were quite large and well presented

Food was good and reasonable good, breakfast was ok was a bit muddled as was self service. The staff were ok but seemed to be rushed as short staffed room was nice but the bed could have done with a new mattress.
Breakfast could have been better, the bed was uncomfortable and also the outside area was being used by locals who were smokers which you could smell while in the restaurant bit there should be a separate smoking area away from the building.

I was attending wales for the funeral of a close friend. The lady on reception on the evening of 14/9 went above and beyond and was very kind.

Lovely big bedroom and huge comfy bed. Bath and shower. Great food. Great swimming pool. Friendly staff.
It took quite a long time to travel in the area of the hotel as the roads were very narrow.

A dog in the restaurant.
Woken at 6.30 in the morning by a dog barking in the next room.

We loved everything about this hotel from the moment you arrived you was made to feel welcome. Decor was wonderful, so was the room. Breakfast and dinner was outstanding. Spa facilities were great. I cannot speak more highly of this hidden gem and will definitely be recommending to family and friends. We will be returning.
