Didn't stay here, had to find and pay for other accommodation.
Staff agreed they wouldnt charge due to the concerns and cleanliness but was charged for the two days that we DIDNT stay instead.

Room condition not good , no toilet paper , no soap, no shampoo, toilet and bathroom was dirty, broken cupboard , live wires on floor, location was not good, swimming pool water not clean like mosquito's inside water.

Everything, just to find the place was hard, it was down a back lane and not clearly sign posted, when we opened the door to the room it smelt and was a room we couldn’t stay in, so we left to find alternative accommodation

Proximity to city centre, safety while in the property (I travelled alone), attractive outdoor area, cleanliness, homely. Good value for money. Nice tpo get back to at the end of a busy day. Quiet.
Little things: perhaps more storage slhelves like a large open cube (instead of the double wardrobe), more hangers in the cupboard. Int he bathroom, likewise: hooks and shelves to put things on. Perhaps closing the main (back) door to the house after sunset to keep the heat in (fine during daytime).

I cannot say as we did not stay, we arrived at 5pm and no one was there! We rang the bell and rang the phone, left messages and no one answered. We had to find alternative accommodation and were very lucky to get a room elsewhere.

As a female in a mostly male accommodation I would have liked a tea and coffee in my room.

I didn't stay here, I arrived at 4pm after I booked the room, no one at reception so I called the mobile number provided on the door 3 times no one answered I left messages and 2 days later still no phone call back.

Bruna Meyer upgraded my room from single to double room. It was a nice cozy room completed with TV with Netflix and YouTube channels which I appreciated. The kitchen has complete tools to prepare my own meals. The place is safe and pleasant to live in. The location is very convenient because it's walking distance from the train station, Woolworth supermarket, McDonald's and the city centre.

Lovely location central to Kalgoorlie, everything within driving distance. Bruna will help you with anything you need and is friendly and great crack.

The security and the cosiness
No exhaust fan in the bathroom no kettle and no coffee etc provided as do many other hotels

Bathroom needs hanger for clothes and towel. Lots of empty shampoo bottles lying around.
