My husband and I stayed here for the weekend to take in the various hotsprings in the area. The location was perfect, the neighborhood quite, and so close to lots of eateries and bars. We will definitely be booking this property again. Also, the bathtub is AMAZING and deep and fits my 6'3" husband. The pictures do not do this place justice.

The interior of this renovation is beautiful. It is like staying in a luxury suite in a fancy hotel. Clean, modern with everything you need. Centrally located to everything in the Treasure Valley.

other owners work with you to change dates, especially if you give a lot of notice, there was a bug infestation of the bathroom, the kitchen wasn’t clean, there was no Internet for an entire day, even though I emphasize that I needed Internet (for work, and also for the TV) furniture was broken, there was no light in the living room for the majority of the day, the bedroom shades was broken, The water filter on the fridge needed to be replaced, the towel hook in the bathroom was loose on the wall The owner property manager did contact me, but didn’t offer any discount, and took more than one day to come fix the items and didn’t fix all the items Very disappointed

Beautiful cozy home!! Has a nice yard and patio! Walking distance to restaurants! Check in process was easy! House was clean! Overall a great place to stay while we visited friends!

This place is decorated really cute, and the location was convenient for me in the downtown Meridian area. BUT... Don't expect a very quick response to any questions or problems that you may have. I also didn't get the arrival instructions until a half hour after check-in time (most places give a few days in advance). It would be helpful to have an all purpose cleaner in a spray bottle under the sink to wipe things down as need. It would be good to have an extra roll of paper towels under the sink just in case you use up the one on the counter (especially since there for 3 weeks). It took me a bit to figure out where the washer and dryer was, and then some time to figure out how to start the washer because it's front loading--there should be a sign on the door in the garage that it's the laundry room and another sign above the washer with the instructions on how to use the washer (where to put the laundry soap, etc., especially since it's required to put the bed sheets in the washer when leave). It wasn't really nice enough weather to go outside to hang out while staying there for 3 weeks but it could have been since Idaho weather is so sporadic, but the tree branches were all over the driveway so I had move them (they were all over the grass and had a few windy days), and it would've been nice if the side deck was swept off & cleaned (hopefully it is when weather gets nicer). Other than those small details, it was a great place to stay and the beds were comfortable enough.

Family was getting a little cabin fever, here in the snow and we needed to get a change of pace. Came across this little gem online and it made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Adorable 2 bedroom house. Rustic country feel with some modern touches. Lovely backyard and patio area made for a wonderful visit for our sons birthday. Hopefull it will be available come summer time as we plan on coming back!!!! Absolutely loved the way it was decorated!!!!

This was our second stay. We had excellent communication with the host. The property is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is basic, not fancy. Towels and sheets are crisp and clean. It's nice to pull the cars into the garage. There are a handful of breakfast/coffee places to walk to. We needed a reading light, and the host brought one over immediately. We really appreciate being able to communicate travel changes and minor questions directly with the host. It was a comfortable stay both times.

A small place that is setup perfect and decorated so cute. My family joined me during the day and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped with all the comfort of home. It wasn’t nice enough to be able to use the fence in backyard with a deck. Hopefully I’ll have the opportunity to stay again during the summer.

We had a wonderful stay. We have stayed all over the treasure valley. This was one of our favorite places. We come to town to visit our kids and grandchildren. This little house was just perfect for our visit. Plenty of parking. Can walk to so many restaurants and just walk downtown. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We had a couple little hiccups at first. We called Carolyn and she was right on top of it. She is a wonderful home owner and very caring as to making sure all our needs were met. We will definitely be staying again! Oh the bed was comfy and the shower and bathtub are absolutely amazing. Had lots of big fluffy shower towels. Was nice that we were there and it was snowing and we were able to park in the garage. Definitely recommend this little gem.

I loved staying in this house. It was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed spending the evenings on the back porch. If I ever have a reason to go back to Boise I’ll be staying here again.

This cute two bedroom house was just exactly what we needed to visit my grandson, who recently moved to Meridian after graduation from college. Location was perfect to walk a block away to restaurants and coffee shops. Anne B

The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was SO accommodating and helpful when I lost my ID and missed my flight. She went above and beyond to help us out and she did not have to do that! The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in summer 2023. The property was updated and clean. Nice outdoor seating and a perfect location. Looking forward to our next stay!

This was a very cozy home that was easy to find. It was 15 minutes to Boise and a walk away from downtown Meridian. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and friendly. We would stay here again!

This was exactly what we were looking for. The amazing patio with raised garden boxes made my morning coffee and book that much better. The owner was great to deal with and we didnt have any issues. We all decided it was definitely a home we would rent again.

It was a clean and beautiful property. Excellent and responsive communication with the host. However, the neighbors tend to keep their flood lights on 24/7 so it would have been nice to have a curtain over the French doors in the living room. Highly recommend staying if you're in that area.

The house worked great for us. We had no major issues and it wokred well for our small family. We didnt really cook in the kitchen this trip. It had the basics we would need to fix our own meals if we had wanted too.

We love it here and will be staying next year. It’s the perfect location for restaurants like Common 860, Original Sunrise Café and the Farmers Market. The house is quiet, clean, ac/heat, plenty of room in the refrigerator. Good wi-fi and Amazon Prime. The neighborhood is safe and you can park your car in the garage. Thank you for our stay.

Loved my stay and would definitely book here again. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Property was clean and the location is excellent. All good!

We had trouble checking in, took about 30-46 minutes to contact the host. Once that was solved, this place is very nice and comfy. We will use this property again for our next visit. I would suggest surge protectors on both sides of the beds. We had to charge our phones in the kitchen, and move the bed to access plugs for my cpap. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this little home right in downtown Meridian. It was clean and in a great location. The only things that would have made it better would be better WiFi for movie night and more cleaning supplies for keeping things tidy while we were there.

Our daughter and son-in-law stayed at this beautiful property over Thanksgiving. They loved how clean and comfortable the accommodations were. My son-in-law enjoyed the deep tub and the couches in the living room were the softest! This property is centrally located in downtown Meridian close to restaurants and shops. They are looking forward to staying here again!

We did enjoy the homey aspect. There were a couple issues with closet doors. It was very good, other than that.

This was our 2nd stay at this home and it's just perfect. Very clean and loved being able to walk to several different restaurants and shops. This will be our spot now every time we visit Boise. I highly recommend staying here.

We had such a great stay. The beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the backyard and patio with our children and grand baby! It was nice to have a home base in a central location. Couches were comfy and allowed for great visiting! We would revisit!
