The property was amazing! It was so clean and decorated beautifully! The check in process was a bit of a process- the lobby was being redone so the code supplied did not work so we had to wait for someone to let us in but after that it was good. We used the keys the whole time as the code back up to the pool deck wasn’t working so we brought the key everywhere which was fine. Location was perfect. Right on the gulf with beach access and the pool and hot tub. Plenty of space on the pool deck and there was plenty of tables and chairs on the pool deck, so no need to feel like you can’t leave. Property man anger responded within a few minutes when we needed them so that was amazing as well! Would stay again!

We booked this condo for a short 2 night stay prior to heading to the Orlando area. Check in was quick and easy. The condo was clean and comfortable. They thought of everything you might need, throw blankets, beach towels, beach toys and chairs, coolers, and games. The kitchen was well stocked. The patio overlooked the bird sanctuary and had a small view of the ocean. It was nice to sit out on the morning with coffee and a good book. My daughter left her Bose headphones and a ring in the condo and didn't realize it until we were already in Orlando. We reached out to the property manager and the cleaners found them and she was able to mail them to us. It would've been easier for them to say they never found them, but they went the extra steps and provided great customer service. We will look to stay in this condo again anytime we are in the Indian Shores area.

Condo building directly on the beach. There was some updates being done to the lobby while we were there. Bird sanctuary next door and you view right into it from balcony. The smell was overpowering at times but it was interesting watching the different birds fly to and from the sanctuary and land in the trees. Condo building is a bit dated.

This place was very nice and had everything ww needed and more. A very convenient location and it was nice sutting on the balcony watching the birds at the bird sanctuary next door. Would definitely stay there again. The property manager was very quick to respond and had great communication skills.

The property was excellent and accurately described. The beach lovely. However the lift being out of action for the whole of our stay was a problem as carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs was hard going and the same with shopping. The only item I would add to the property would be a kettle, making a decent cup of tea with a coffee maker does not work.

The Condo was perfect. The only thing is that it is across from a bird sanctuary, which can smell if you're out on the balcony.

We really enjoyed the bird sanctuary next door, the smell is a bit much, but the mission of it is great! The pool, the ocean, the room - it was all perfect! We will stay again.

Great property inside of condo. Only negative I could find was that the balcony view is of a bird sanctuary. Smell was disgusting so I spent very little time out there. Other than that, place was great.

Clean unit and property. Safe. Lots of room on the pool deck, Beach was clean. Bird sanctuary next door. If the wind is wrong you are going to smell some smells of dead fish from their feedings. Not ridiculous, but it is there.

Wow, what an incredible experience we had at the condo in Indian Shores, FL! We stayed from June 6 - June 10. From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail. Every corner of the condo sparkled, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with the beautiful beach just a few steps away. The pristine sands and breathtaking views created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. We spent hours basking in the sun, building sandcastles with the kids, and enjoying long walks along the shore. The beach was simply mesmerizing. The amenities provided were beyond our expectations. The condo was thoughtfully equipped with fantastic features that were perfect for families. The assortment of games provided endless entertainment for everyone, and our evenings were filled with laughter and friendly competition. The beach toys for the kids were a hit, allowing them to create their own adventures and memories. It was such a joy to see their smiles and hear their laughter. The overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. The condo catered to our every need, and we felt pampered throughout our stay. The combination of a spotless environment, the stunning beach, and the incredible amenities made it a vacation to remember. Our family absolutely loved every moment spent there, and we can't wait to return. Thank you to the owners for sharing their wonderful home with us!

Great place to stay!

This was a beautiful, spacious and clean 2 bedroom condo. Great pool, hot tub and pool deck. Balcony view is of the bird sanctuary next door but if you sit near the railing you can see the Gulf. We also rented a shade cabana on the beach for the week which was right in front of the property. Highly recommend both!

I’m glad we found this gem to relax and enjoy the beach and time away. It was short but sweet and enough time have fun in the sun as well as do some sightseeing and experience the Indian shores vibes,

The condo was clean and well appointed. Great beds, lovely kitchen. My only complaint was that I 'thought' there would actually be an ocean view more than standing at the balcony railing and leaning far out to glimpse a triangle of blue. Really disappointed as that was my main 'want'. Perhaps I did not read carefully. I am good at that. Debra was quick to reply to questions and I value that enormously.

The condo was in a great location and beautifully decorated. We intend to stay in the future. The beach was wonderful. The bird sanctuary was amazing. It was fun seeing the pelicans and other birds hanging out. The smell wasn’t great but you get used to it and the beauty won our hearts.

Great room and great location

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and included all the supplies we would need. The beach chairs, towels, and extras were a huge plus. The communication was super fast and though we said we didn't need another beach umbrella, a new one was delivered the next morning. The proximity to the beach is a great plus. I loved drinking my coffee on the balcony overlooking the bird sanctuary and appreciating nature. Even though it's not an ocean/beach view, you can see the water from the balcony. It was truly a home away from home and we didn't want to leave!

This home was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was clean and beautifully furnished AND it was just steps away from the sand! We really appreciated the beach accessories that were included (towels, beach chairs, umbrella).

The property is older but the. Interior of the condo has been updated and remodeled. It felt very spacious and comfortable. It was quiet. We used the grills at the pool area for one meal. They do need to add a skillet and small saucepan in case guests would like to cook breakfast. But we got by just fine snd the restaurant recommendations in the guest book were excellent! The provided beach towels and beach equipment were a nice surprise. It was perfect for our family getaway!

My family enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and plenty of space. The master bed was very large and the shower was like being at home. The kitchen was set up well so you can cook and have a place to eat at the island. The pool area was big with plenty of space to sit and had 4 gas grills to cook out with the family. Beach access was just steps away and the beach was awesome. We will definitely come back to stay again.

Loved the bird sanctuary next door! Room was nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were great. Ocean very close. Not crowded at all. Close to anything you might need. Had an issue the last night for something to be fixed. They answered the call and was quick to decide what to do. Very friendly.
