A wonderful apartment right in the heart of the historic city. Everything was a short walk away. The train station is only a 12 minute walk away. Very spacious apartment That’s well equipped. The owner/property manager was very helpful and great at communication. She replied quickly to all my questions prior to arrival. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

My husband and I loved our little home for our time in Colmar. The apartment is extremely spacious, more than enough for 4 people, comfortable for up to 6. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathrooms were clean, larger than average in Europe, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent, steps from everything, yet not right on top of the tourist areas. It was quiet at night, enough to open the windows for a nice breeze. Within a half block of the church square, there was a lot of places to eat or get anything we needed. Being so close to the church, you do hear the church bells, from 6 am to 10 pm for the on-the-hour loud peals, with some smaller chimes in the night. We normally sleep with earplugs anyway, so this wasn’t an issue, but anyone trying to get to bed before 10 pm will be woken up by the 10 pm bells. Not a deal breaker, but something you should be aware of going in. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, based on the amazing location and generous space. Charlotte was a wonderful hostess. She was very responsive and helpful, and everything about the check-in and check-out process very well explained and clear. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home experience!

We really enjoyed our stay in Colmar. The apartment was beautiful and very well maintained. In addition, it is in the center of the town and very convenient to almost everything. Excellent communication with the owner. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Colmar, France.

Grand appartement idéalement situé au centre de la vieille ville. Instructions d'arrivée très précises, faciles à suivre. Appartement propre, bien équipé. Literie confortable. Pas de place de parking mais grâce aux bons conseils de la propriétaires, facile de trouver une place à bon prix. Le seul bémol sont les cloches de la cathédrale la nuit. Sinon, tout était parfait.

The location is in the perfect center city location surrounded by and close walking distance to restaurants, sights, shops and Colmar charm. Charlotte’s communication and attention to detail were excellent. The apartment exceeded expectations being beautifully furnished and fully stocked with more items than needed. If you want the Colmar city center experience close to everything, look no further.

Es war ein rundum toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, klimatisiert, zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Charlotte (Vermieterin) hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns gute Tipps für Aktivitäten mit unserer 5jährigen Tochter gegeben.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sous la protection de la cathédrale St Martin, dans le cœur historique de Colmar. L'appartement est vaste, équipé, meublé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons cuisiné, super bien dormi et pris du bon temps.Tout fonctionne bien, la literie est parfaite, le double vitrage très efficace. Charlotte qui habite en dessous est prevenante et rend volontiers service. Nous étions donc "comme à la maison" pour ce jour de l'An pas comme les autres. Nous avons apprécié de décharger les bagages en arrêt minute dans la rue piétonne en bas de la maison avant d'aller nous garer en périphérie du centre ville. Je remercie les propriétaires de leur accueil de qualité.

Bright ,airy and large apartment even in winter-very centrally located in historic part of town- about 20 minute walk from train station. Well equipped kitchen- washer dryer-dishwasher- very quiet area with room for 2 couples or a family. Would definitely stay again. Charlotte was very good as property manager. Only downside is that it is on 3rd floor with 44 circular steps to climb. Not for mobility challenged.

The location was perfect. Steps to the heart of historic Colmar sites. The host Charlotte was extremely helpful with arrival logistics and her instructions were easy to follow and made it all very easy. The apartment is comfortable and has a great ambience, with a mix of contemporary and traditional furnishings. We would go back just for the comfort and enjoyment of the apartment alone!

If you’re looking for an ultra centrally located, very well equipped apartment at a reasonable price (note I didn’t say cheap - but the price was good value for the market), you won’t do better. The entrance is off a small courtyard off a main street, which gives it a quieter feel. The furnishings are first rate. We stayed with our two teenage sons who appreciated the full length beds (they are 185-190cm / over 6ft tall). It was cool the week we were there, but it can get hot in Colmar, especially on the top floor where the apartment is located, so the two portable a/c units are good insurance for comfort. Having a washing machine was also helpful. There is a Monoprix supermarket close by; Charlotte showed us the way through the winding streets. Some things to keep in mind: the central location in the mostly pedestrian center means you have to park some distance away. There is a nice underground garage about a 3 min walk away that’s free for the first hour, but it would be expensive to leave the car there for a longer time. There is a free lot available, but it’s a 10-15 min walk away. We came home late one night and found street parking nearby, which was free until 9:00am, but finding a space during the day would involve no small amount of luck. Also, the flat is up two long flights of stairs - no problem unless you have reduced mobility. Finally, being next to the cathedral means hearing the bells, which ring the quarter hour even through the night. Charlotte and family were very friendly, gave excellent directions on how to find the flat, and offered pointers on how to find things in town. We recommend the flat whole heartedly, especially for a family, and would stay there again.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4; 2 comfortable bedrooms, all the modern conveniences in kitchen and 2 baths, very spacious and light, thoughtfully decorated, spotlessly clean, outstanding location in the center of Colmar centre ville. Outstanding value. Only a few blocks to a Monoprix with anything you might need. The washer/dryer combo works great and we made good use of it. Charlotte was a kind and caring hostess; communication was excellent. We hope to stay here again someday!

Todo fue de acuerdo a lo acordado. La vivienda estaba muy limpia, a si como los cuartos de baño y dormitorios. La calefacción excelente. En el mismo centro de COLMAR. Los anfitriones siempre dispuestos para ayudarte. Volveria sin duda.

Die sehr nette Vermieterin wohnt im gleichen Haus, daher ist immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Colmar sowie jede Menge Gaststätten sind zu Fuß nach wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

We just returned from a week stay at Apartment Saint-Martin and found it to have been the perfect choice for our stay in Colmar. -Location: right in the heart of Colmar with a huge selection of restaurants and stores nearby, covered food market was just 5 min walk, as was Petite Venice. Very quiet at night. Apartment amenities: the apartment was just lovely, nicely decorated and very modern yet with old work charm. Clean, everything was very clean, the bed and linens were first rate and very comfortable. Air and heat were easy to adjust and kitchen was wonderfully equipped. Host: Charlotte was so kind and really took the time to show us everything in the apartment which helped as coming from the US we do not have dual washer and dryers, and heated towel racks, etc. We highly recommend and will go back for a visit again.

This was our second visit to beautiful Colmar. Charlotte's apartment is in the town centre with everything on the doorstep including many excellent restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Charlotte was always on hand and quick to respond to any of our needs. We had a great week, the weather was perfect, we cycled most days. The wine route with its beautiful towns a firm favourite. Thank you Charlotte.

It is on the second floor and the owner lives below which is useful for one puncture and a tow-away for parking in the wrong place! No air con in small bedroom and a problem with the aircon in the larger one. Madame has promised to have it repaired. Aircon in main room. All In all, a great choice in the centre of town and we have no problem in recommending a stay here in lovely Colmar.

Stayed for 3 nights at this tastefully decorated apartment that had two bathrooms, washer/dryer, air conditioning, and a well-appointed kitchen. The location couldn't be better; near the cathedral and the Dominican church, you could step out of the rental and be in the middle of everything. One caveat is that it is on the 2nd floor, so be prepared to carry up your luggage. Overall, a great value. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

The apartment is cute, roomy, and tastefully decorated and has all that one needs. It is in a very convenient in a courtyard near the Cathedral St. Martin. The price is very reasonable for the area. Being on the upper level allowed us to open the windows and get a nice cross breeze in the apartment, although my wife liked to run the bedroom A/C at night to muffle out any city noises since she is used to sleeping in the quiet. The beds are comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Colmar is a very pretty, interesting town and we also enjoyed renting e-bikes from the bicycle shop near the train station to visit the cute wine villages of Equisheim, Turckheim, and Kayserberg. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable stay in Colmar last week. Charlotte provided good directions to get to apt and also about places to eat and visit in Colmar. Apt faces quiet square- opposite side on a street with some bars and restaurants but good windows kept noise out. Apt is decorated very nice.Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. WiFi was inconsistent probably due to thick walls of 18th century building. Great location to explore Alsace. I can't wait to visit again.
