So happy we booked this house and will book it for future trips! This house is located just outside of Moab in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is designed for large groups and had many conveniences. We used the hot tub, grill, fire pit, pool table, sitting areas. This house is very clean and well-stocked. The kitchen was large and provided ample room and resources for ten adults to cook multiple meals.The outside gathering areas are well spaced and had plenty of room. Check in and out was super easy. There was an instruction book that included information for the hot tub, pool, checkout, and local information - it was all very handy. There is ample parking for large vehicles. The view from the living room & outdoor areas were incredible - including the mountains and night time stargazing.

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The pool, hot tub, and other amenities were hits with the kids. The various sitting areas on the deck allowed us to be outside all day. Had a couple of glitches and owner was extremely responsive. The stairways to the loft bedrooms are quite steep.

We just loved our stay at this property! The outdoor living was spectacular. The kids/teens loved the pool table, bocce ball & pool/hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Our recent stay was wonderful. It was the perfect house for early morning and late after hiking with plenty to do at the house to escape the heat during the hottest part of the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot to stay in Moab

We had a great girl's trip at this house. It's very close to both Arches National Park, and Hell's Revenge (the activities we came for!) The pool was perfect for a relaxing day. Everything was so easy to use and spacious. We're already looking forward to returning :)

Had minor issues but Kenny was quick to accommodate us and gave us 5 star service that allowed us to have a fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this property. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor space was amazing! Fire pit and heater made the chilly nights comfortable. Outdoor tv was great to watch football games on while everyone was hanging out. The pull out beds were more of a cot rather than mattress.

What a perfect house for a large group. Beautiful views, endless entertainment, and in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay.

My husband and I got married in Arches. We booked this rental for us and our wedding party. The property was a beautiful space to make great memories with our loved ones and take in some amazing views. There was plenty of room to fit all 10 of us comfortably. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect, being about 10 minutes to the main shops and eateries and 20 minutes to Arches. We plan to go back for anniversaries in the future! Only took one star off for cleanliness due to cigarette butts, bottle caps, etc. left in the rocks surrounding the patio and pool.

We had a family group of 12 and it was a great fit with plenty of room. Lots of fun things to do in a great setting.

We had the most wonderful stay at this house which was set beautifully with amazing views. We didn’t expect to be able use the outdoor pool or hot tub due to the heat but it was actually quite cool because of the rain and the amenities were exceptional. Really luxurious house and n doors and out. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were wonderful, each with a bathroom. The bunks were a little hot as it was set high up but still quite nice. And one of the few houses I didn’t feel the need to scrub clean- it was spotless! Wished we had stayed longer for our trip!

Perfect, luxurious home for our family reunion, celebrating a 50th bday. Drivable distance to downtown Moab, Arches National park and Canyonlands.

There was a bit of confusion with getting the property cleaned prior to arrival and we ended up having to clean it ourselves. The pool was having some filter issues, the owner corrected it halfway through our stay. The process was easy overall and the owner was good to communicate and work things out.

We had a fantastic trip and this home was a large part of making it so. Arrival and check out were very simple. Kenny had very quick responses to any questions we had. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the layout was perfect for our family. The outdoor space was phenomenal and entertained our grandchildren daily. We treasured sitting by the fire pit in the evenings and marveling at the landscape and night sky! Would definitely come again!

This is a very nice property with lots of great amenities. It was very clean and well maintained.

We were primarily in the area for the amazing hiking and scenery. Given our previous Moab trips, we thought it was pricey but every hotel in Moab (& everywhere else) is now pricey so the property was worth the money. We didn’t realize it would be a very rare blood moon while we were there. This property had an incomparable view of the celestial show. The property was very clean & organized with everything you might need. The floor plan with lofts gave everyone not only opportunity to gather but also privacy and quiet to rest on their own.

House and property was great. There was 13 guys (dirt bike riders) from 14 years old to 59 years old. There was plenty to do with the pool, hot tub, pool table, bocce ball, ping pong, great room and kitchen. We all had a great time.

Awesome house to stay at and come home to after outdoor activities. Had 7 people total and was extremely comfortable. Would come back again.

This was a great place. It is new, clean, spacious, and has a very nice layout. The living space is great with the TV and fireplace. The kitchen is great. Nice, big table for dinners. The bedrooms are plenty big and the beds are comfortable. The backyard has a great view of the mountains (one one side the red hills, and to the other side snow-peaked mountains (at least in April). Hot tub and pool were great. (Pool was a little slippery inside because it is something like fiberglass, but still lots of fun). I wish it was a bit closer to town, but it is only about 14 minutes away, so it really doesn't take much time at all. Plenty of parking. We rented three jeeps and that was no problem. As far as I could discern, the TV didn't have standard cable, but we streamed content from our devices to the TV, so that was fine. Great place and we had a great stay. Also, Kenny is very responsive and helpful.

House was perfect. I did the four stars only because while the yard was fenced there were no gates up. Some local furballs wandered in. Kenny was very responsive. I would definitely rent again. Peg Davis

We did activities everyday and it was nice having a space that fit everyone comfortably. It was nice how many bathrooms there were and the pool was a great addition!
