Great vacation. Really enjoyed the house. Loved the salt water pool and surrounding patio space. Large dining room table to fit our entire group of 10. Kitchen is spacious for multiple cooks in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Already booked for a return visit next year.

My family has a tradition of spending a week together every summer at Sunset Beach or Ocean Isle. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed. We all loved the view of the ocean from the deck, and the pool was delightful. The walk to the beach was not too far. The house is lovely, with many special pieces of art. We loved the dining table with the shell collection under glass. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Enjoyed a wonderful family vacation with the grandkids. Ocean was conveniently close for morning activity & then, the afternoon was all
about the pool. Don’t miss the OIB Nature Trail
which is about one block from the house. This
sand & boardwalk trail has great marsh views & blooming wildflowers.

Our family heads to the beach in May every year. Always staying at different homes. Our search for the best fit for our family is over. This home has everything!! Steps to the beach, awesome views from the deck and an oversized pool. Not to mention a short drive to restaurants and grocery store. The home was exactly as noted and the owner/host was great! Lots of big and small memories made. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be well appointed. Communication was outstanding! We appreciated the extra toys for the kids and the beach is close by. I would recommend cotton sheets rather than poly/microfiber. Great trip!

This beach rental offers proximity to the beach access which ensures quick and easy enjoyment of the sand and waves. Thoughtfully provided beach chairs eliminate the need to bring your own, simplifying your packing process. With ample space for a group, including multiple bedrooms, everyone can spread out comfortably. The spacious kitchen makes meal preparation easy.

This property was a great choice! It was as advertised. We had 4 adult family couples and 1 infant. The place was well laid out and all the bedrooms were very comfy (as were the beds!). The family room was very comfy as well with the quality wicker furniture. The house was a short walk to the beach, and we also used the pool. Kylie was extremely accommodating and very responsive whenever I had any questions.
I would highly recommend this location if your goal is to find a great location at a very nice beach in NC!

We had an amazing week! The home was clean, fully stocked with everything imaginable, and in a perfect location. Lots of safety features in place for small children which was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to our next trip!

Property was a perfect setting for a family gathering! Proximity to the beach was great, house comfy, spacious and well appointed! Host was available and immediately answered any question or concern! Highlight for children was watching the sunrise on the beach and a night swim in the pool!

We loved this house! We had two children under the age of two. The safety gates provided peace of mind with the little ones. And, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking accessories which was greatly appreciated!

This was my family’s first time renting a beach house, and it was wonderful! The house is great and the host was super quick to respond to any questions. Walking to the beach was super quick and easy. The pool was great and even better when we had it heated for the cooler, rainy days. We would love to stay here again next year, but may need a house with an elevator for the seniors in our family! Thank you for a great stay!

We absolutely loved everything about this house- space was amazing with gorgeous views all around and close enough to hear the sounds of the ocean. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough space for all of us. Loved the pool and the stocked kitchen. Walk to the beach in minutes! Communication with the host was superb. They went above and beyond to accommodate every request in a timely fashion. We hope to be back again soon!!

This was the perfect place to stay! The owners made the process so easy. It was clean and accomodating w/ kitchen supplies at our fingertips; the washer and dryer to not have to travel with dirty clothes, a dish washer and all convenient appliances. It was very spacious; 8 people could comfortably spread out; I plan to go back again! 😊

We enjoyed our time on Ocean Isle in this home very much. Everything was very clean, and comfortable. We felt very welcome and had great communication with the owner. They provided everything we needed for the beach as well as a fully stocked kitchen and even a portable crib for my granddaughter. The outdoor shower and pool was especially nice after a day on the beach. We all felt right at home and look forward to going back already. Very special memories were made on this trip, as my daughter’s boyfriend proposed on the beach, so we were excited to celebrate their engagement in this very special place. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us.

Great location, beautiful beach view from house, easy walk to beach no steps, no problems with house, restaurants and grocery stores close, wide beach not crowded and the hosts said to let them know if I had any problems or questions I had no problems

We loved the property. Location was great. Porches were amazing looking at the ocean. Well furnished and the communication with the owners was amazing!!! We would come back to the same place next year but will need 2 more bedrooms

This house and pool is located so near the beach that you can sit on the upper deck and watch the waves and even see dolphins! We loved this house!!

We really enjoyed our time at OIB, and the house was very comfortable for a large group. We loved having the option of the pool or a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The only drawback were the three levels and stairs for my aging in-laws. Most of the homes are on stilts and multilevel. We would definitely stay again.

Well maintained property.
The property is in excellent condition. The beach is less than a block. Pool maintained daily. Kitchen has everything needed for regular to gourmet cooking. Very safe and family friendly area. Highly recommend.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The location was fantastic and the views of the ocean were amazing. The house is conveniently located to beach access. All of the rooms and furniture were comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. The private pool was perfect!

Kylie's place was the perfect spot for our family beach vacation this year! Extremely short walk to the beach, plus the private pool at the house was perfect for our group of four adults and three young children. Extremely clean and Kylie was almost immediately responsive to my messages. You will not be disappointed in your stay!

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at this home. As always, it was perfect. Everything you could need to make your stay worryfree. The pool is a extra large, which is a great bonus since our grandchildren love to swim. Plus it is close to the beach entrance. I highly recommend this home.
