It was just a weekend but it felt like a month of relaxation...we enjoyed the view, seating outside for a coffee every morning, and a wine bottle at the end of the day! The proximity to the pool was great as well.

Everything was very clean and very aesthetic. We loved it and especially how we were near the pool!!

We spent three weeks at this property. The location is exellent. Overlooks the bay with an excellent view of South Padre Island. The house is in a gated community so there are no real concerns about safety. The location has access to most needs within a few miles. The quality and variety of food available was quite surprising. Restaurants are plentiful with good variety. We found plenty of activities with which to ccupy our time. Our only suggestion would be for the kitchen to be better provisioned. There was only 4 table settings. There is no broiler pan orcan opener. More food storage containers would be helpful. There is a Kurieg coffee maker but a good drip maker would be preferred for those who want to make multiple travel mugs to take with them or like to have their coffee ready first thing. Overall this property is good value. Thank you for a nice visit.

This rental house was so beautiful, beds were comfortable and clean. My family was so impressed that they would definitely stay here again in Port Isabel.

The location was perfect. The AC worked perfectly. The view was spectacular. Community pool was right next door. Neighbors were friendly. It had all the necessities we needed. It was just a short 5 minute drive to the beach. Several stores, restaurants and souvenir shops along the way. We would definitely stay at this VRBO again.

We loved the place! It was more of a distance from the island to my liking, but the accommodations made up for it. The pool was right next door and two cozy backyard patios....very comfortable. We were pleased. I will say this though. We had our 19m old grandson and though he's quite comfortable with stairs, there's several so keep a watchful eye. Also the patio at the end of the yard isn't too secure meaning it's not gated and only roped off so a small child could easily fall. Other than that, it was great. We'd definitely come back.

This little house is in the perfect location. Close to the beach, but not too close. And close to all the fun amenities in Port Isabel, South Padre and the cute little community the house is in. The view from the back of the house was amazing at sunrise and sunset! My only complaint is that the house can sleep 8, but there was only silverware for 4. There was a lack of cups as well and the fridge water/ice maker was broken so we had to buy bottled water because the water out of the sink tasted awful. I would stay there again!

Loved the property as well as the location! The house is next door to the pool with its own private access, major plus! Not too noisy and quite time starts at 10pm. There were still people swimming after that time frame but you couldn't really hear them inside the house. Loved looking out the main bedroom at the ocean. There is a huge window in the living area to admire the view as well. Plenty of seating outside to read or take in the ocean air. The stackable washer dryer combo was a definite plus. The main bedroom mattress was Soo comfy, wanting to purchase the same one for our house! A few things to bring,... spices, beach towels and extra toilet paper. The twins beds in the 3rd bedrooms need to definitely be replaced or padding added as a topper. A/C unit struggled to keep up with the heat. The temp in the house hovered between 75 and 77 the entire time we were there. The ceiling fans and portable AC helped a bit Over all the property was in a very convenient location to HEB and Walmart, gated, had security and was clean (did see one cockroach in the bathroom). Would give 4 out of 5 stars!

We stayed here a handful of times over the past few years and it’s always relaxing staying at this location. The home is always clean when we arrive and the view of the bay is awesome.

We had a great week here. The house is beautiful and so tranquil! The pool was amazing. Bring bug spray as the mosquitos near the bay this time of year are pretty bad. The house was just beautiful though. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions and we felt safe with Fidel as the security guard. We miss this place already.

The Port Isabel house was great. We enjoyed the security, amenities, and quiet neighborhood even so close by the pool area. Mr. Lopez, the owner, was very helpful when we needed his assistance. We plan to visit again soon.

With 3 distinct outdoor seating areas, a complete and lovely kitchen, seaside decor, and extremely comfortable and bright rooms and hospitality, we will return! We loved the location, with both sunrise and sunset views, watching the tide and birds, along with the privacy was beautiful and relaxing. The little extra touches throughout were well appreciated. We highly recommend it!

Near everything you could want to do. Accommodations were awesome. However, a mattress needs to be replaced. I Would definitely stay again

Our rental was great. The accommodations were excellent, and the view was perfect. The owner and his communication to us was above exceptional.

Just wanted to say how friendly the owner is and how easy it was to communicate. He worked with us when we had to change dates. Comfortable beds, roomy, beautiful decorating of home, not far from the beach.

From driving up to the house and walking in, to the backyard, everything was great. Our whole group loved the house. The house was well kept, and the backyard was such a comfortable space to relax at the end of the day. Sitting out back with the family just talking and staring at the stars, provided us with some of our favorite moments of our stay. The upstairs balcony provided a stunning view of the water. Everyone agreed that we would stay here again. It was a short easy drive to the island, and every place we wanted to go. This property checked all the boxes we were looking for in a vacation rental.

This house was perfect - 2 story, 3 bedroom ,2.5 baths, balcony over the bay, right next to pool/ hot tub gorgeous views, clean, roomy,everything we needed and wanted, could sleep 6-7, we had 5, washer and dryer, minutes fromSouth Padre, excellent communication with owners, safe, gated community with alarm system ,with camera doorbell, overall just perfect for a family, loved all of it, private patio, porch, views, quiet, lived the life for a week. Do it! It was great!

This property is way more than expected! The location is perfect! We originally wanted to stay on the island. I found this place when looking and I am so glad we booked this instead of a property is the more populated area on South Padre. The neighbors were all very friendly and helpful! Beds were very comfy, TV worked perfectly, appliances were exactly what we needed! Definitely would recommend this to anyone!! The owner was very easy to get ahold of and very good at communicating.

This property was just as described and the accommodations were nicely decorated. The outside deck was very nicely furnished and the house was comfortable. I would recommend this home.
