moved to this hotel due to the poor quality of one we had already booked and stayed in for one night. Fantastic desk staff, they were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and bilingual. The hotel was spotless, excellent decor, great facilities. If you like golf and tennis then this is the hotel for you.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and a good size. The beds are of high quality and very comfortable. Each room has its own balcony which was very welcome as the weather was so hot when i was there. There is quiet very effective air con in all rooms. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

there was nothing i felt could be improved on - except when i went for breakfast on one of the days they had run low on everything - but the hotel was very busy

layout was somewhat awkward, having to use different elevators to get to the room. bar staff on the terrace would not serve a drink when other guests clearly did receive drinks.

The building, the pool, the bathrooms and the room need renovation. Not 4* hotel standard. Mold stain in the corner of the bathtub, ants on the balcony, cabinet door opens very hard, water stain on the ceiling. The breakfast is adequate but not extra Neither the website nor the regulations state that the swimming pool is only open until 19:30, you have to pay for the spa part.
