We will definitely stay there again if needed. the kids loved the pool and we all loved the house. Great location too. Highly recommend it and the host was very accommodating.

Wonderful location very central to everything Mount Dora has to offer. Owner was attentive but not overbearing. Pool was a lovely addition and a must have in the summer.

Everything was terrific. The house was fully equipped and very clean. We were close to the historic district.

We loved the arcade machines and the air hockey table even though we were all adults! The pool area was nice, but we didn’t have much time for that this trip. The kitchen was well-stocked and the living room was comfortable.

What a great place. Very clean lots room being a family of 6. We loved the heated pool. Beds very comfortable as well. Games were a plus. But sitting outside was wonderful watched movies on outdoor tv. Definitely will book again great location for visiting family. Owners are super nice and pleasant to deal with.

Our stay was tremendous. We were there during the annual Mt. Dora festival so the city was full of activity. We loved the house! It was decorated wonderfully and on theme of a splash pad throughout. It was located very conveniently to all anyone could want or need in that part of Florida. We plan to stay there again on our next trip.

This house was perfect for our extended family. Lots of activities to keep everyone entertained including arcade games and a pool. The owners were very welcoming and supplied additional baby items for our 8 months old granddaughter. We would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

We enjoyed the "Splash Pad"! I have no complaints about the house or pool whatsoever. On a side note there is a neighbor, across the road from the driveway, that will call the police at the drop of a hat. The officers were very kind and respectful and explained that its a regular occurrence and has been nothing but an annoyance.

We had a wonderful time at the house. We needed a break from work and this home delivered. The recliners in the living room were more than enough for us and my in-laws. The beds were very comfortable. We got the pool heated, and bought some bathing suits, spending time in there. Lots of room. Easy communication. No problems and we would recommend this place.

Really nice property on the whole. However the traffic is busy and loud and not just during the day. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. We sat out poolside for much of our stay as it was very comfortable. The host responded quickly to our questions and concerns about the washer making horrible sounds. Really comfortable furniture in the living room. I would rent this again in a heartbeat if it had been on a quieter less busy street.

We had a pleasant stay at the Splash Pad! Spacious and comfortable house minutes from downtown Mt.Dora. The kids loved the air hockey table and arcade games. Backyard has plenty of room for running around or relaxing. Highly recommend

This place was wonderful! Exactly as listed, plenty of room for our group. We really enjoyed the pool. The weather wasn't the best, but it didn't matter as the pool is heated and covered! Communication with host was excellent. I passed on the listing info to family who visit the area. We had a great time! Thank you

We stayed here with our small children while visiting family in the area. The house is too much fun! The kids loved the pool and the arcade games, and the set-up was wonderful with plenty of space and great places to hang out as a family. Highly recommended!

We felt so comfortable, relaxed and at home in this home. Our favorite place to hang out was in the pool room and of course splashing in the pool. Loved the reclining furniture in the living room. This home is in a great location for exploring Mt Dora. We also enjoyed walking from the house to The Sunset Trail that goes around Lake Gertrude.

Everything about this place was amazing. Plenty of space, perfect for having guests over for entertaining. The pool was definitely our favorite. Booking and checking in was so simple. Brenda was VERY prompt at responding to any questions/concerns which was a relief because this was our first time ever booking a house to stay at online. We will definitely stay here again!

We felt very comfortable. Beautifully furnished spacious house with everything you need. A beautiful pool outdoor area to relax. Mount Dora is one of the most beautiful places in Florida. We will gladly come back.

My family really enjoyed our stay at The Splash Pad. It’s a gorgeous home and well-stocked with everything that’s needed. My husband and two sons loved playing the games on the arcade machine and the air hockey table. We all enjoyed relaxing in the pool. There are many tasty restaurants nearby. We visited downtown Mount Dora and perused some shops and looked inside the historic Lakeside Inn, took a sunset cruise with Rusty Anchor tour boats, and road the paddle wheel boat in nearby Tavares. We made some wonderful memories and were so happy with our stay at The Splash Pad in Mount Dora.

This house is lovely and the host was super responsive to messages and very helpful overall. The home is decorated beautifully, and it had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. Our 10-year-old son enjoyed the arcade game, and our whole family enjoyed the pool every day of our stay. We particularly enjoyed the large outdoor dining table and the TV on the back porch. It was nice to swim and then relax with dinner and a show in the beautiful outdoors. The cleanliness of the house was superior. The location is perfect for short trips downtown for lunch or shopping and the neighborhood overall felt safe and quiet. We appreciated all the flyers and menus provided to help us choose what restaurants to try and what activities to do. This was a great experience and we cannot wait to book The Splash Pad for our next trip to Mount Dora.

The house is artfully decorated. A good size and layout for 4 or 5 people. Great for walking to downtown or Lake Gertrude. Residential location on a fairly busy street with neighborhood noise. Could use a little more attention to cleaning. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Overall it was a great place to stay easy access to just about everything you are looking for. Nice house the owner was awesome to work with!!! We came for a Bassmaster high school and junior fishing tournament it was very convenient to the lakes and shopping they have everything you could possibly want in Mt Dora. I loved this quaint little town!!

This Vrbo was perfect for our needs. Traveling with a party of five that included teen children it was important to have space to spread out and this place had a lovely living room, dining room, eat in kitchen, plenty of beds and the pool. We used pretty much everything and had a great stay. It was nice to be close to shops in restaurants in Mount Dora and also close to family in Eustis. We locked ourselves out during our stay and Brenda got back to us very quickly and helped us navigate getting back in without judging us for being dummies. All around it was a wonderful home-base for our visit! Definitely recommend it.

From arrival to checkout we enjoyed this property. Location is very convenient to all my Dora has to offer. Great for family time and very private. Plenty of space for 8 to 10 overnight guests. Property owners great communication and responsive.
