The property was perfect for our group. It was in a great location and easy to access. We look forward to another stay there.

Really nice property with a big cottage and a little one. Really enjoyed the privacy of the smaller cottage for myself and my husband- our adult children and other relatives stayed in the main house. AC needed service while we were there and was repaired promptly! Owner was extremely good with communication and checked in several times to see if we needed anything.
Place has a nice dog run and hot tub. Close to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. The location is on a busy road, but it was no problem as the homes are very soundproofed and the traffic was not noticeable inside the houses. Appreciated the extra touches like snacks, coffee, Keurig, s’mores stuff and a couple of frozen pizzas in the freezer just in case. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed here for Christmas with our family and dogs. This is a great location for families and easy to get to all of the attractions! Hosts were great communicators and we had a great time!

A great place to gather
This property is great for getting a group together with plenty of room in the bungalow and adjacent cottage! We loved roasting marshmallows in the firepit, all of the indoor/outdoor games available, and the dog-friendly fenced yard! Sean was a fantastic host, checked in throughout our visit to ensure we had everything we needed, and was easy to communicate with. The property is close to many great attractions. The driveway can be a little tricky, as with so many properties in the mountains.

Wonderful location outside Asheville
We booked this property for a weekend for 6 adults and 3 dogs. The property had more than enough space for everyone. We brought fire wood so we could enjoy the fire pit one evening. The house has plenty of entertainment items, including tons of games, foosball, shuffleboard, tvs, etc. All the appliances were functional and the overall house was clean and well stocked.
Lastly, the owners were extremely flexible, friendly, and responded to requests timely. Would book again!

Great stay in Asheville
Excellent weekend in Asheville. The property is centrally located between Asheville and Brevard which was a perfect location for our family weekend. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The bunk room runs a little small but is well sized for children. The bungalow was perfect for my wife and I with our dogs. The fenced in back yard worked out great for the pups as well. An FYI that you are required to go outside to access the fenced in area but that’s not an issue. The property is located in a curve at an intersection, but it appears they are putting in a light which would help getting in/out of the drive. Overall it’s a great place and we enjoyed our stay!

Great girls weekend!
If you’re looking for a great place for a big group, stop looking! You’ve found it!
This was such a great property for our girls weekend. There were 7 of us and we were able to have plenty of space for each of us.
We enjoyed the fire pit and grills. We also loved the entertainment options with foosball and shuffleboard and fun party games. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything we needed!
The location was great as we were about 10-15 mins from everywhere we wanted to go.

Fun weekend
We had a nice stay at the home. The fire pit was lots of fun, the home is centrally located to a lot of outdoor activities. The owners were very responsive. Will stay again!
