House was perfect for us two, brought our bass boat, did a lot of fishing. The dock/boat area was great!!! Ready to plan another trip :)

This cottage was a wonderful surprise. The pictures online don’t do it justice. We stayed for one week and didn’t want to leave. The outdoor porch and deck were added bonuses as well as the dock. Loved the inside; it was quaint and quiet. The mattress was better than any hotel we’ve stayed in. Thank you for a very memorable vacation stay.

The cottage is extremely well-equipped with all the essentials for living, washing, cooking and entertainment. The only drawback on the outside verandah was occasional moskito whining.

Very comfortable home on an inlet. Nice dock area with some fish. Quiet neighborhood and we’ll stocked home. Enjoyed using our kayak and fishing down river. Nice screened in porch that we enjoyed during the rain! Highly recommend Hidden Hallow. Our dog loved it also!

Cold water faucet was broke in shower. Had to take extremely hot shower.

This property was the perfect get away for me my wife and my 3 year old , house was super clean and convenient. Boat slip was perfect for our 24 ft wake boat. Honestly best trip/ boating experience we have had around here so far! Will definitely be returning very soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this little cabin. It was a tight squeeze for us (mom, dad daughter and son plus 2 dogs) but we enjoyed the location and on short notice it worked perfect. The air condition has trouble keeping the temperature down and actually went out the last night we were there. Some of the towels and wash cloths seemed to be stained. Other than these items the place is very charming and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This Cabin on the lake is absolutely adorable. It has it all in a nice compact size.

Took my family for a quiet little getaway and family fishing time and this place did not disappoint. Cute home with all the amenities and a short walk to fish (successfully) right off the dock. Highly recommend!

We loved it! It was so peaceful and beautiful outside. The house is cute and was the perfect size for us. Definitely would love to come back again.

Nice cabin, very clean, compfy, perfect for us. Well stocked and supplied. Nice yard, deck and dock - good view. Wouldn’t know it driving in. Only issue - valve fitting on dock sink is cracked and leeks. Fished from the dock. Little shallow but caught a few nice bluegills.

Nice little place on a quiet little cove. Brought my boat and docked it there. For the stay so I could fish in the mornings. Worked great for that as its covered and blocked from the wind. Place was clean and enjoyable.

My family and I stayed here during March of 2023 and this place is beautiful. The home is equipped with everything you could need but the location is a dream. It is a peaceful cove with easy access to the water. Great for fishing and playing on the water while allowing you to retreat to the cove for quiet time. It had wifi, parking space, hot water, a beautiful deck overlooking a beautiful yard and a convenient boat slip. Can't say enough great things about this place. Property manager was awesome and great communicator. Thank you so much.

This property was very clean and great location for surrounding state parks . The dog run and desk gates were very help for those who travel with pets. It is small, but really all we needed. Enjoyed very much!

We really enjoyed our stay. Especially the ease of fishing off the dock. It was very quiet since it was on the cooler side so there wasn’t any boat traffic. My kids also really enjoyed the board games. I lost count how many times we played Jenga! The kitchen was just the right size for us and we had everything we needed. There are a few stores close by for food or fishing items we may have needed. Will definitely be returning! Thank you for having us.

Nice property in a protected cove. Unfortunately, weather did not cooperate with us on this stay as a severe storm and cold front came in the second day. A plus was that the boat was well protected in the slip during the high winds of the storm.

Went here for my husband's bday as he loves fishing! We had a great time and it was a bonus being able to bring our 2 dogs. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and had everything we needed (except a wine opener but I left one there). The view was spectacular and we loved having access to the dock for fishing and just hanging out. We will definitely return! I even caught a 4.3 lb Bass!

We have a great time during our weekend trip. The property was fantastic. Small, but all done correctly! The outside deck in the shade, the concrete boat ramp, the boat dock, the grassy yard... all were just great! Only 2 things I would say... if you have a boat and jet skis, as we do, you better be darn good at backing and turning them around and parking them in the driveway. It's a single lane road and a super tight turn in and out of drive. The other, and this has nothing to do with the owner, the cove is infested with hydrilla and needs to be dredged. The boat managed it ok in and out, but the skis didn't. The intake grate had to be cleared by hand every time we got to the main body of the lake. Not a deal breaker for sure. Too bad this stuff is now in LBJ. Overall, a great little place to stay. PS... Can you imagine how cool it would be if that screaned portch was turned into a master with bath? :-)

We loved our stay! We spent lots of time on the deck! It was shaded and so peaceful to just sit and relax! The kitchen is fully stocked with any gadget you might need!!! We brought our boat and this was by far one of the nicest boat docks! The proximity to the river made it so easy to take kids tubbing! Would highly recommend this rental!

It’s a cute little cabin right on the lake. The boat slip was amazing. It had a concrete patio that we sat out on & fed the fish. You can see to the bottom of the lake, so you can see all the fish & turtles. It’s got a lot of moss so we chose not to swim. However we seen another family in the cove swimming. We will definitely be coming back to stay again. Thank you for sharing your cute cabin with us.

Extremely hard to park a vehicle and boat combo. Very small drive to to the house and the road to turn into is very narrow.

We met for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time. The property is in a quiet cove away from the major boat traffic, which was a plus. It was very cute and clean.

It was a great place and a much needed get away!!!

Had a fun Memorial Day Weekend at this gem! The house was clean and cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having dinner on the patio and sitting in the lounge chairs watching boats go by. We brought our boat so the dock was very handy and had plenty of room to hang out and fish. We loved that we were in a calm cove just off the main channel, perfect location. We will definitely be back!

This place is delightful!

Serene and peaceful. Loved it. Perfect for packing up your home and just going and being cozy by the lake for a few days. Cooked most of our meals and enjoyed it to the fullest.

We really enjoyed the house . It’s small and absolutely perfect for me and hubby .Had everything we needed to prep and cook meals. We did have to wash sheets and blanket on main bed . There was dog hair in blanket and sheets , but we knew they aloud others to bring their dog. So dish hair was to be expected . Neighbors were friendly as well . The yard and the walk down to dock is perfect . The dock was very clean and was so close to the open water . I enjoyed coffee on dock watching boats go by . The water at dock is very shallow. We had a Tahoe boat and we worried about the motor hitting even with it up all the way . But overall, very nice, clean and we would stay here again !

Wonderful location in small cove just off main lake. Cabin was nicely finished and all appliances in great condition, great screened in porch with deck attached to lake side. Boat slip doesn’t have lift but water is very calm in cove and no issue with leaving in water and tied to dock. Property around is well taken care of and no noise issue’s. We will definitely us again’

We thoroughly enjoyed our family weekend on the cove in Kingsland. The property was exactly as advertised. The kids loved catching bluegill and bass from the dock. The large patio deck was the perfect place to relax and grill while taking in the view of the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedroom was cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors we met were friendly.

The house was amazingly clean comfortable. The outside deck was great for hanging out and grilling. The boat slip is also a great hang out area. Neighbors are very nice. Absolutely no hassles. Very relaxing.
