Called the number on the email and they said they would send someone and no one ever came. You’d think, after putting in the emails “multiple” times, they would care more about a broken remote. This property is advertised that it sleeps 12 but only has 4 forks, 4 spoons and very few glass ware. We had to eat in shifts until I could get to WalMart. Not our favorite vacation by any means. Soap dish was broken in the guest bath and while that’s not a big deal, it’s razor sharp IN A WET AREA. Master bedroom door didn’t shut, so no privacy for our anniversary. Overall, it’s the lack of responsiveness. They were quick to email us to say we could stay another day but crickets on the remote issue. Considering how many times it was in our welcome emails.... We are waiting on a bill for the remotes, which were broken when we got there. Lady at the front desk (where you pay to park) was rude and very unhelpful, on the 1st day. It just set the tone for the whole place.

The condo was clean and well maintained there were no issues needing the manager's attention during our stay. We enjoyed the set of 2 free beach chairs. The resort has two very nice pools and a huge beach area. The restaurant and full service bar between the pools was very nice and prices reasonable Bob was very responsive to our emails. We will be back and stay here again next year.

We enjoyed staying at regency towers. This was our third time staying here and we had no problems. The owner was very responsive as well.

As in the past we had a great time in PCB. Our condo was great with a superb location. There is always plenty to do in PCB.

We made the best out of the week we stayed but we definitely had a better place the time before. This condo was disgusting. Dirty underwear under the spare room, advil pills look to be spilt under the master bed, sand under the rugs about a inch thick, coffee grinds left in the coffee maker, fridges wasn’t even cleaned after the person before, hair caked on the walls in the shower, just simply not cleaned at all and more but those are most important. Condo has electrical issues 50% of plug-ins don’t work, door knob was coming off master room door, lock on the balcony door is hanging on by a whim. This condo needs a uplift. Definitely needs bigger washer and dryer to accommodate the number of people it allows. For the price for a week it was pretty sad to condition of this condo. Now for the plus, we never ran out of hot water, view was BEAUTIFUL, walls are sound proof for littles for nap time, the tiki bar is a #1. We made our stay enjoyable but the condo conditions wasn’t great.

Me and my friends booked this room for a getaway trip to celebrate another year done of school and this was a fantastic place to stay at. Everyone had a spot to sleep and it was in a super nice location.

We had a good stay! Everything was clean and I liked the communication. The only issue was communication with the property manager but that was solved. Great place to stay at!

My group stayed for a week and had no issues checking in and getting set up. Had a great time at this property!

Some days we would have to try 4 or 5 times to get in. The oven is not working correctly. It keeps turning off in the middle of baking. There are roachs in the kitchen. His name is Roger. He came out quite often. The first bathroom shower doesn’t work and there is no plug for the tub. The furniture is filthy. I had to go buy furniture covers for them before anyone would sit on them. Pretty sure there is blood on the recliner. The master bedroom closet door was hanging by one end, but my husband was able to fix it. There are a couple of plug ins that short out when you plug something in to them. The master shower keeps backing up. Had to plung it many times. Over all the location of this unit was so wonderful that we tried to overlook the negative stuff. My family had a great time and loved the weather. Just figured you should know about the maintenance needs. Thanks.

Beautiful condo in an amazing location. Was just as described and pictured on line. There were 5 adults and one child and we had room to spare! The only thing I would suggest would be better cooking utensils for the kitchen, large serving spoons better spatulas. Also there was not a blow dryer. I have no complaints about our stay and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you to all, especially the cleaning staff, it looked great!

Check on time is 4:00 but front desk was gone. Phone call resulted in wrong lock sequence. But all was recovered and the wedding was wonderful.

It's soo convenient being right on the beach, especially with a toddler so you can come right up for nap if needed. A few things I think the owner should be made aware of: 1. the refrigerator does not stay closed well, seems it needs a new seal or something. We kept the garbage can in front of it to keep it closed.2. The hallway bathroom, the tub faucet does not work, only the shower and there isn't any way to stop up the tub. Made baths inconvenient and difficult for my toddler. 3. The couches could use a good cleaning. We really loved the thick wood shades in the bedrooms, it helped keep the rooms dark and cool! We enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit! We also liked that there were extra fans as we like to sleep with fans going at night time. We were especially greatful for the 2 wooden beach chairs that came with the rental! That was really nice. The kitchen could use a few more utensils but we made it work. One other thing that was a bit annoying but probably unavoidable was the unit below us was having construction done. There was extremely loud drilling going on in the middle of the day for several hours. That may not be bad for some because most people would be out at the beach or exploring except it was always happening right at my daughter's nap time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.Thank you!

Our stay was very nice. The employees were super helpful. Property and condo clean. Close to attractions. Tried to reach property manager by email the last night of our stay to no avail. It’s just a good thing it was not emergency. Need a better way to communicate because that would make a person to think twice about leasing the condo.

My stay at RT was fabulous! Condo was super nice and clean. All the additional activities were so entertaining. Looking forward to staying here again and the extended family will be back also. We actually had three condos for everyone, mine was the best. Cant wait for 2023.

The condo was nice. The only problem we had was . One of the beds had Bugs crawling on it. To me that’s just nasty. I will be calling the owner.

The property itself was good; however, there are things that was a bit disappointing. The King mattress in the guest bedroom sags in the middle and family didn't sleep well. The 2nd bath shower didn't have a lot of pressure and more utensils are needed. The condo looks like it's still in the process in remodeling but in all, was nice place to stay. The kids loved the pool and loved that lounge chairs came with the stay.

We had a wonderful time here! It was better than we could have asked for and at a great price! The bar and grill by the pool was so convenient and the food was yummy. We have zero complaints

The condo was really nice and clean. Was nice being oceanfront and close enough to everything.

The property description and location were accurate. The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. We had dirt on the floors, empty beverage containers and blankets and bedding that had to be washed before we could use. Left a message at the number provided to us with no return call. Minimal availability to contact owner if checking in on a weekend. Location was great in proximity to the beach, but that was about it. Poor communication and cleanliness makes this a rental my family won't use again.

Excellent location, easy access to beach. Almost like a private beach for the condo. Enjoyed the sunset from the balcony. Unit is definitely old but looked pretty neat. There was a paint peel on the roof of the balcony and the couches were old. Other than that everything was great. All of us had great time. Overall excellent value for the money

I've been to PCB numerous times and this was by far my favorite stay. The condo was well kept and very clean. The pools and hot tub were also clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was a water main break across the street that required the water to be shut off a few of our days but we made due. It was posted in numerous areas and they made announcements letting us know what was going on I think it was well managed. We did have to contact security due to another guest (not with us) the security officer on site handled the situation immediately. The staff that we encountered were super helpful and very nice. Overall it was an amazing trip and I can't wait to book with them again in the future.

The property was better than advertised! We fell in love with it. The view was amazing and just steps away from the beach was wonderful. The best part of it all was drinking my morning coffee while watching the dolphins play. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice view! I personally wouldn't choose this place again because of the location. I felt like it was down in the more run down part of the town. Which might be great if you're looking for a more quiet place. The building itself was one of the first tall towers built in Panama City Beach (i can't remember the year they said) but as you can imagine the building is old and could use some updates. We loved the warm pool. The grill and bar on sight is expensive. We took some of our personal time to clean the unit with having such small children. Like moving the furniture and tables to sweep/vacuum under them. It hadn't been done. The dryer vent was packed full of lent. The toilets acted like the had pipe issues. The main toilet was tinkerous to flush. The bathtub was also hit or miss on if it would work. When it did work, the shower still sprayed, so it was half and half. There was beach toys and chairs offered which our kids enjoyed. The bunk bed had one of the bars that rusted off, we noticed right away and had to pay special attention to with our small children. The ceiling on the patio was coming off. Just needs some things updated. It was an okay place and it didn't stop our fun. We had a great vacation.
