We met some family for an extended visit in Kanab - we go there at least twice a year. This is our new favorite house for a few reasons - 1) great layout with bedrooms on either end 2) comfortable shared space and kitchen 3) amazing backyard perfect for hanging out with our pups and 4) easy access to town and outdoor activities. It had almost everything we needed in the kitchen and Micah was quick to respond when we needed anything else. The beds were comfortable and the decor was fun. We will definitely be back!

Milo’s Ranch was so wonderfully comfortable and relaxing for a long weekend. Perfectly located for visits to the national and state parks and endless hiking. Fully stocked kitchen made it super easy to cook and the grocery down in just down the street. Grill, firepit, soaking tub and games in backyard were a real treat. Perfect place for families and dog friendly! We’ll be back.

We had an amazing time on our trip. Staying in Kanab was the perfect location to get to Zion, Bryce, and Horseshoe Bend. We loved the small town vibe and it was a lot less touristy than other places. Good restaurant options as well. The house was perfect for our needs and had all the amenities we could ask for. The decor is also really well done and you can tell a lot of thought was put into every detail. We had a little issue with one of the bathroom doors locking us out and the property managers responded immediately and came over right away to help. They we’re so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend staying at Milo’s Ranch for a wonderful getaway to Southern Utah!

Kanab is a perfect spot to stay when visiting all the parks in the area. The house was very clean and well appointed, it held our family of 4 easily and could have accommodated more. Kacie provided great recommendations for local restaurants & off the beaten path activities to fill the time between our big days at Zion & Bryce. The kids got a kick out of the outdoor tub, even in the cooler night temps.

The house was perfect. It was clean, well-decorated and had everything you could need. We really enjoyed our stay here and so did our dogs. Luckily the weather was nice, they enjoyed the yard most of the day. The location allowed us to go to both Zion and Bryce Canyon. We also got to visit the Moqui caverns for a quick hike with the pups-- it's a perfect short hike to bring the entire family just a little steep. I would highly recommend Milo's ranch :)

A pretty easy trek up from the Phoenix area. Great access to several Utah attractions. There are several good restaurants in Kanab as well. Check out Big Al's Burgers for a guilty treat of awesome burgers and ice cream. The property was great for us and our three children. Would definitely stay again!
