The condo was huge, plenty big for our family! The condo was clean and adequate in size. We had comfortable beds, plenty of dining space and the view was incredible. To give a better rating these things should be addressed: There was missing a towel bar in the main bathroom There were major carpet stains that did not look like they had been any attempt to clean. There were no spoons or adequate flatwear in the kitchen We had to purchase plastic wear. This was very odd I never stayed in a rental that did not provide adequate spoons and forks. The sofa is old and very difficult to get up from, even our teenagers struggled We enjoyed our time but would want to see some of these things addressed before we would rent again.

This is a very large roomy, condo with many amenities. The entire complex has about 100 or so units so it is never extremely crowded. The condo could have been somewhat cleaner but was generally good. Maintenance was very quick to respond when the refrigerator went out. I called about 8:00 on Saturday morning and although the office didn't open until 10, I got a return call in about 15 minutes. Within 45 minutes we had a new fridge. Hot tub on the balcony was very clean, the main pool was great and clean, and the owners have added a big porch swing on the balcony which we loved! Definitely would stay in that unit again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was huge & all 12 of us fit comfortably. However our first night there we had to call bc the washer wouldn’t work & the dryer had to be ran twice to dry our clothes even the extra small loads, the furniture was worn down, the couch was being held up by plywood & one of the buffet chairs was broken and someone tried to screw it together it fell apart when we pulled it out. After reading the reviews from someone that stayed before us, some of the furniture was broken. We contacted them and let them know they told us we wouldn’t be charged for the chair & they apologized. The balcony had screws coming out & the hot tube could use a good cleaning. other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we could go back.

The property was as promised, clean, great views. Pool was excellent. Crazy fast elevators. Beach was right there and never packed. My only complaint with this property was the payment process. They sent one email detailing the payment process. You have to pay by check to not be charged a 2.5% processing fee on a credit card. This information was BURIED in the first email. The second email about payment they sent me had this right at the top. That email was sent the day BEFORE the payment was due. So at that point I could only overnight the payment by check, or pay with the credit card and pay the fee. This was not a good way to start our relationship.

The property was really nice. We loved the location and the condo itself. We did have a few issues with damaged furniture and a few sections that weren't cleaned very well. But had a great time overall. We will stay here again!!

We had a great stay!!! Very clean, fast elevators ! The traffic in the area was not bad at all. They could work on the parking situation but other than that it was a perfect stay!!!! Five stars!!

An excellent condo, very spacious and clean. Would stay here again!! Perfect location, close enough to activities but quiet family feel at the condo.

The room that was supposed to have 2 queen beds had 2 doubles and the bed frames and box springs were broken. We had to disassemble the bed and sleep on the mattress on the floor. The entire condo needs to be cleaned. The refrigerator was missing 2 shelves and part was broken. The Murphy bed mattress had urine stains on it and had to have them bring a plastic cover. The hot tub smelled like mildew. The sofa needs to be replaced. The cushions are worn and you are sitting on literal plywood under the cushions. I had to spend my entire vacation trying to have these things corrected. Multiple emails that were not answered and phone calls. All of these issues and have not heard from anyone in reference to any type of refund or apologies.

This will definitely be my go to Condo! Hot-tub & Swing on balcony a huge hit and very spacious ! Elevators fast , nice pool , convenient parking & you can walk to some restaurants & shopping ! Very pleased and couldn’t have asked for better weather !

Very spacious. Clean. Loved the open floor plan and spacious balcony with private hot tub. Beds were comfy, plenty of hot water, and updated kitchen. Beautiful beach and outdoor amenities. Pool was too cold to swim in. Needs updates in some of the plumbing and living room furniture. Plan to bring your own toiletries, beach chairs, and toys. Overall, loved the space and comfort. We would stay here again.

Property is nice and clean.

The condo is huge ! Easy access to the pool, beach and many local restaurants. Elevators are super quick so we never had to wait. Great stay and we'll be back. ***Just an additional note for you review readers. The couple not so good reviews we read before the stay are so wrong and made up.....just FYI

the condo was very nice. There was a problem with front bathroom toilet sticking but overall a great condo and location.

Weather did not cooperate for the beach the week of our stay, however the condo was HUGE and very nice and clean. Location was excellent for us. The Jacuzzi tub and Hot Tub was amazing!! The ease of access on the complex was great. The booking and check-in processes were outstanding and so easy. My family will return to this location on our next trip to PCB!! Thank you for a pleasant experience!!

The staff at the condo is useless. Said they had nothing to do with our room. The rental responded when I told them the lock was in backwards no code for the gate to the beach or to the internet. No parking for us. Said we could park a mile and a half Away. This was bike week and was given 2 parking passes for a3bedroom condo with 3 truck and trailers lucky for us dunes panama Let us park there all week.

My kids has awful coughs the whole time. No wonder why!!! The carpets and furniture were heavily stained. Drawers in kitchen were full of debris and bugs. Crockpot actually had living bugs in it. Master bed was comfy but the other guest king size bed was awful. What drew me in was the hot tub. The smell that came from the hot tub was not even something I could recognize.Even if it was clean...the units above us had a water leak from their hot tub all week and we couldn’t sit on our balcony without getting drenched. the water coming from that hot tub did not smell better. So we weren’t able to open our doors to the balcony or enjoy it. We did mention to the front desk but nothing was done. The property manager is very quick to be defensive with everything. I chose not to spend my vacation making complaints and just dealt with it. On my 19 hour drive home I decided to dig deeper and I was amazed at how this company is still running. I have definitely learned my lesson and will never book through them again. You get what you pay for people!

Easy communication - staff was friendly— a little disappointed with old furnishings but unit was clean - deck and deck furniture was awesome - location and view was wonderful

The location was perfect! Close to everything, yet away from the extremely busy areas. Tons of really good choices for food near the condo and shopping as well! The view was amazing! We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony when we were there and having the hot tub was a huge plus! We also enjoyed the heated pool and being right on the beach. We loved everything about staying here and would definitely stay here again! They were very accommodating!

This condo was huge, it was very nice to have the room to move around without feeling cramp. We do a fishing trip with captain Law every year and this condo was the one we liked the best so far. Been doing this trip for the last 6 years. The entrance was a little hard to understand but overall it was a great experience. Only thing we would change is that the pool be heated. LOL Also good fast elevators. Great trip Thanks.

Plenty of space, condo could use some updates for sure, mainly living room furniture. But it served its purpose and worked well for our vacation. Good price
