Shannon is an amazing host. Communications were thorough, with Shannon checking in midway during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The house was extremely well equipped. Absolutely loved the outdoor shower, bringing back fond childhood memories! I would definitely stay there again.

This beach house has absolutely everything you will need to enjoy your vacation; from beach chairs and boogie boards to a kitchen with everything as well as games, fans and flashlights! The beds are comfortable, the AC works well. The home is extremely clean and well decorated. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with sharing local information, places to eat and favorite things to do. My teenage boys and I had the best time at this property and will stay again. The location is also perfect: an easy walk to the sound side or the beach side. Thank you!

The location, Serenity Point, is so beautiful! The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a family of 5 with 3 teenagers stay there. The view from the back deck was lovely and a great place to enjoy dinner in the evenings. We loved watching the sunset each night after a short walk to the bay. The pool was never crowded. We hope to stay here again in the future. Communications with the owner were great and check-in was extremely easy.

What an amazing home and location! The house is decorated beautifully with every amenity you can imagine and more. The house is super clean too!! The beds were so comfortable and it was nice to have the linens packed and ready to use. The kitchen is stocked with all you need except your food. It was so nice to lounge on the back deck with great seating options available. The view of the Point is spectacular! And listening to the waves was so relaxing! Our family enjoyed the community pool that was just across the street. The location is ideal with a quick walk to the beach and also to the sound. Definitely take a walk around the Point if you are able to. It was the highlight of our trip! The host, Shannon, left many tips on visiting the area which was helpful. We appreciate all of the effort she has placed in making this a house a home for all who visit! Definitely recommend this Beach Paradise!

When you go on vacation, you want to stay somewhere nicer than how you normally live and this house absolutely lives up to the hype. Here are some highlights of our trip: the underside the house had a shower stall (which I'm sure is standard of beach houses normally in this area) but she had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as a loofah already inside as well as a hammock to air dry before entering the house she had a smart lock on the door so all you do is enter the code and it unlocks, no key needed every type of kitchen equipment you could think to need she had available in the kitchen as well as cleaning supplies The bed sheets & mattresses were amazing and it felt as though we were sleeping on clouds (very interested in finding out where she got the bedding). She has a dry-clean service deliver the bedding and you make your own bed that way you know for sure that everything is clean She had a diffuser in the master bedroom with different essential oils to choose from The master bathroom had recently been updated and was very nice (I have a thing about bathrooms and showers and hers was amazing) and all the decor was very fresh and beachy, nothing felt out of date We were all very sad to have to leave and hope that in the future we can have a beach house half this nice!! Thank you to Shannon, our very first family beach trip was a hit :)

We had a wonderful weekend here. The property manager was very responsive to our questions about the area and property. It's within walking distance of the beach and easy access for kayak/SUP fishing. Neighborhood was lovely and quiet. It was a great weekend away. Would book again.

This is a very nice place to stay to enjoy the beach. The location is great, about halfway between the ocean and the sound, so it’s an easy walk to enjoy either. The neighborhood is great; we were even able to take advantage of the pool even though it was late in the season and a bit chilly. The house was very clean and provided everything you could need for a week. We would definitely stay there again.

We visited Topsail and stayed here for around a week in the middle of September. The location is amazing, located on the southern end of the island. Peaceful, quiet - a great place for our little family to spend some time together and relax. The location had quick access to both the beach and the sound side, giving us both an ocean experience and calmer waters in the sound. Communication was easy and straightforward, home was clean.

It was the most relaxing time my husband and I have had a the beach. The ocean close by for me and the undisturbed beautiful landscape of the point for him! Thank you!

This is our second year renting here and has been fantastic. Location is perfect with a great view, sparsely populated beach access and pool we had to ourselves fairly often. House is very clean and well furnished, and the owners are very responsive and accommodating. The island itself is growing and there are plenty of great spots for seafood and things to do.

We had an amazing, peaceful vacation at this awesome home. It is a short walk to the beach access, directly across from the pool, and the sound is right down the street. The house is just as pictured, very nicely decorated, and fully stocked with everything you could need. The house was also very clean! Thanks for sharing your amazing home with us.

We had a great week getaway! The house is a quick walk to the ocean and to the sound so you can enjoy both each day. The house was well stocked inside and outside. Shannon was very thorough & responsive to all questions! She had many suggestions and we appreciated them! Hope to visit again!

We loved our time staying here for our family vacation. The house is beautiful, clean & had practically everything we needed. The pack ‘n play was perfect for our youngest & saved space in our own car driving down. Everything you could possibly need for the beach, the house already had. The toys were perfect for our boys & our youngest loved his wagon rides to & from the beach every day. You seriously can’t beat the location, it was so close to the beach & sound and just steps away from the community pool. We loved hanging out on the back deck looking to the ocean. It’s literally the last row of houses on the island. It was so cool to walk from the beach to the tip of the island & around to the sound, especially at night. The beach was beautiful too, so clean & not crowded at all (early June). Shannon was a dream to book with & so easy to communicate with. All of her food recommendations were delicious & she even gave us some activities to do for rainy days or in case the kids needed to get out of the sun for a little. We will definitely be back someday 😊

We had a wonderful beach getaway. The house was very thoughtfully stocked and had everything we could have needed. The location is perfect, a few houses over to the beach or a few houses the other direction to watch the sunset over the intercoastal waterway. A great place to relax and spend time with loved ones.

One of the best homes we have stayed in at Serenity Point. Very clean and nice. Very well-equipped kitchen. Just across the street from the pool, and close access to both the ocean side and sound side of the island. The property manager checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was okay. We had a completely lovely stay here.

We go to Topsail a couple of times a year. Serenity Point is our favorite spot, we have rented several of the units and this was one of the nicest ones we have stayed in. The hosts were most accommodating and the condo was well furnished, clean and comfortable. Excellent experience, we will rent this one again!

We visited for a special occasion, and the tastefully decorated property and stunning location at the south end of the island did not disappoint. This is the best appointed rental property I've ever visited, from an extremely well-stocked kitchen to an aromatherapy diffuser in the master! I would return in a heartbeat, in large part because of the attentiveness, hospitality, and kindness of the host.

House was perfect. Owners very responsive and the location at the tip of the island is really cool. Would stay here again without any hesitations.

Had a great weekend. This home is perfectly appointed. Extremely clean. Well stocked kitchen. Great back deck. We loved it. A couple things to weigh in your decision. When you arrive you have to make your bed up so be prepared for that. If you are the type of person that wants the windows and doors open to hear the sounds of the ocean this house has no window screens. It you are a tv person make sure you bring your steamjng sign ins. No cable or local tv. If these are not important to you this house is perfect. We truly enjoy our visit

What a peaceful and beautiful place! The home is quite lovely and very comfortable with many thoughtful touches that invite one to relax and enjoy. The views are stunning! This is our favorite part of the island. The hosts are stellar and responsive. You can tell that they want their guests to have a wonderful experience :)

The unit was spotless and well-equipped, with a good sized outdoor seating area. Plenty of room for two couples. It is perfectly located with only a short walk to the beach access and a short walk to the sound side. We brought our kayak, swimsuits, and clothes and didn’t have to bring much else. Great place to stay!

Great house in a great location. Home had everything we needed for our stay, and the beach was perfect. Being so far south on the island it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Owners were very responsive and made our stay amazing.
