PHENOMENAL! Absolutely The Best VRBO in NOLA! Have used VRBO for many many many years and been visiting NOLA for most of my life and with friends in tow, typically stay in the City. Hands down, both 1919 Burgundy rentals I stayed in are best in the Crescent City! Irelis & Dave are amazing! Personable, attentive, friendly, but absolutely hands off even tho they live in same cool, fresh, modern building! Walk in greeting to a superb welcome basket & local beers. Suite A is modern, comfortable, homey, spacious, beautiful, well maintained and stocked with full kitchen -- great for enjoying dinner with group of friends. Lovely private back porch is wonderful for AM quiet time plus a shared enclosed private front porch area for privacy & bikes (if renting). The off-street parking is quite useful for smaller vehicles (Street parking pass available for larger cars). The Marigny location is quiet and perfect for walking into the quarter, access to local eateries, close to parks and bike rentals. Irelis and Dave, thank you for sharing your wonderful home!!!!! Good location. Nice, clean, and modern space. The communications with owners were good - they were prompt and cordial. The apartment was smaller than we realized, so the living conditions were a little cramped. Also, the stairs up to the apartment and then back down to the master bedroom were more of a challenge than expected. All in all, a good experience.

This location comfortably hosted 5 women for a long weekend. We had such a great time staying here, it’s close walking distance to everywhere or a quick Uber drive away! The condo was clean, quiet, had everything we needed with thorough instructions! Extra blankets and pillows, everything was well designed and thought out.

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable. The host was so welcoming and thoughtful. Location was superb, within close walking distance of Bourbon Street but quiet after returning for the evening. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Beyond being a lovely property and a fantastic reuse of a building, the location was central to all the districts we were interested in visiting. We walked almost everywhere! The neighborhood is classic, quiet and welcoming as well!

We stayed in this suite for the long weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was his first trip to New Orleans, and this complex was amazingly convenient to many great bars as well as local music venues. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly responsive. I had a work call that was scheduled at the last minute to take place at around checkout time. I contacted the hosts to see if we could extend checkout by an hour - they were so accommodating. They also offered to store our bags while we enjoyed more of the city before heading to the airport. Highly recommend!

Condo was beautiful, 4 people stayed comfortably. Location was excellent. Close to everything you want to see, plus a great restaurant and market just steps away. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

It fit out needs perfectly. We loved the balcony . Lots of small touches to enhance our stay. Very quiet at night and the black out curtains were great. Good restaurants were a short walk away

We planned a trip to New Orleans for my husbands 50th and stayed at this property. It was very convenient to Frenchman Street and a short walk to the Quarter. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet while still feeling like you are in the heart of everything. It felt safe and friendly. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for two couples. We would stay here again!

The hosts were very gracious. They are on site and available but unobtrusive. The property is very clean and bright. Lots of stairs as shown which was fine for us but may be a concern if you have children or older people. Very quiet neighborhood and right down the street from Ruby Slipper. The hosts left snacks which we really appreciated. Overall a great stay!

We had a terrific stay at Irelis and David's property. The condo was clean, and very comfortable. Irelis and David couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The condo's location is excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at this property. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. The home was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very kind and easy to work with.

Our stay was great. The property is in excellent condition and renovated. The balcony was a great place for morning coffee and evening wine. You can walk everywhere you might want to go. Snacks and coffee supplied were great. Washer and Dryer were great. We will stay there again.

This is an amazing property. The location is in a quite neighborhood but close enough to the action of the french quarter and frenchman st thats its an easy walk.We had 3 guests but 4 would fit just fine>>>any more would be a stretch for adults. The unit is very modern and very well thought out>>>about anything you need is there and in good condition. The hosts were actually out of town when we stayed but were very quick to respond to any needs or questions we had. Even allowed an early check in to accommodate our schedule. If you are going to Nola this would be a great choice for your stay!

We really enjoyed this property. It is perfect for 2 couples - 2 bdr, 2 full bthrm. Nice lounging area, kitchen, and deck. Super quiet neighborhood. Walkable to everything - especially Frenchman St!! Owner's were super friendly and reachable. Would definitely stay here again!

What a perfect spot for our stay in NOLA. The condo couldn’t have been in a better location. Walkable to all of the best Frenchman Street and French Quarter spots. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. And the layout was great for two couples. The bedrooms were very private and it had all the amenities needed for a long weekend. And the free Kureg coffee and snacks were a nice bonus. We will definitely be back soon.
