Le petit déjeuner n'était pas prévu. L'emplacement était assez central.

Nous avions réservé par Booking.com. quand nous étions déjà arrivés dans la ville. Nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait prévenir 24h à l'avance pour avoir draps et serviettes qui étaient à la location. Heureusement que nous avions notre matériel de camping. Les renseignements nous sont parvenus séparément. Nous étions dans l'urgence. La propriétaire a été assez étonnée que nous lui téléphonions puisque tout était indiqué.

I was unable to contact the owner and couldn’t open the key box to enter the apartment.

nothing. it’s in a dark building.

owner asked me to pick up keys from a public garbage. refused to refund. ended up booking a new hotel instead. very unhelpful and arrogant.

The apartment, though small, was fairly well-kept. The bathroom was spotless and there was a large fridge. Pretty view onto the lagoon behind Île des Pêcheurs. A few decent dining options and a pretty beach were nearby.

I had emailed the hosts several times with questions about check-in. The name, as advertised, did not indicate it was in the complex « Arche de Noé. » I had asked to be sent a text message, which never occurred. When we called them, no one showed up to help us until we managed to find the property ourselves, even though we had been a stone’s throw away. It is overpriced, though Cap d’Agde is expensive. Despite the high price, the young man who arrived to help needed confirmation we wanted sheets and towels. He ran up to make the beds as we waited in the parking lot with our bikes for which there was no safe storage space. He said we could take them into the apartment, but there were four long, narrow flights of steps, and the apartment, small to begin with, could hardly have accommodated them. We locked them to a fence. He had made up bunk beds, though there was a pull-out bed for two. My spouse and I made the bed after he left. (he did provide clean sheets). As we pulled out the bed to make it, we discovered a pair of lace panties left behind in the substructure of the pull-out bed.

Nice place to stay. Spent there one night on my way to Barcelona and rested very well. I was able to check-in despite being there around 11pm. Thank you very much for your help!

View! Plus the mirrors in the apartament are located in very smart way :) Well equipped kitchen Localization is also very good. Perfect for holidays.

Bunk beds. (we didn't use them, we made the sofa bed in the living room insted) Cleaning policy (we had to clean apartment if not owner said it will cost 30€ extra. it wasn't written on booking)
