I liked the check-in and the staff. The room was cozy and cleaned up. There was great atmosphere during the evenings.

Maybe the food could be a bit more Spanish rather than English style.

We asked for an early check-in and our request was kindly satisfied, the reception was very helpful. The room was big, with comfortable beds and everything needed. The buffet was abundant, we appreciated especially the breakfast. Recommended!

The reception team were so friendly & helpful arrived before check in and the lovley lady made sure we went and got some lunch as she could see the children were hungry they had water in the lobby that was topped up Daily and all the staff we’re so friendly wherever you went in the hotel the hotel was so clean everywhere as well

The worst food in Spanish hotels that I've stayed in, bad quality, small variety and all fried, drinks are not drinkable and u have to pay for using a plastic cup in all inclusive! It was dirty as well when we arrived and the glasses were always dirty in the restaurant. It was rather cheap but it wasn't worth the money, I wouldn't recommend

Everything was very nice, I would recommend anytime .The stuff is super nice and helpful, and the animation team it’s really great.

They really need to improve the food, .

The air con doesn’t work, it was hotter in the room than outside. Food was dreadful, inedible. Only 6 umbrellas for the whole pool area.

Food wasn’t great. Same food out everyday. Poor quality food.

Our stay was lovely & the food every day was different. We all really enjoyed our stay.

The air con in the room was average, could do with being updated.

The food was atrocious. The drinks were served so small you were up every two minutes to get another. Pool closed early.

management don't care about anything,unable to organize a comfortable stay at the hotel for guests. The food is poor and the similar , choice of fruit were poor!!! Dishes and glasses in the restaurant are dirty. The number of sun loungers by the pool does not correspond to the number of guests.

Food was not real wow they do there best but they have to change little bit sistym of food becouse everything was cookd by steaming and no salt and spices

Try to think about other people who dont eat pork or red meat and children under 2years. Rice was always not good try to cook them till end and try other way of cooking not evrything with steaming and without salt. not every body is diabets

There are two good sized pools, lilos for everyone, plenty of food and drink. the location was excellent and the property was very clean.

The rooms only have aircon when you are in them, so turn into a little furnace room when you’re out. The bar queue is often long at night and you wait as if you were in a club. The food was hit and miss; sometimes you’d have a lovely meal and other times you’d rather eat out (which we did). The nightly entertainment was flat with one particular show completely distasteful, sexist, racist, prejudiced, misogynist and simply inappropriate. The show consisted of a series of skits representing countries across the world and saw the actors dress as Geishas, Jamaican people smoking weed (and wearing hula skirts?), a blind woman unaware that she was being courted by three men, men asking women to get bigger breasts and an adult male flashed his bare backside to a crowd full of children. Absolutely not on.

A lot of alcohol drinks included, only local drinks, but it’s enough (gin, rum..). Normal food. Great staff, helped us with all problem we had. They cancelled reservation for free, when my parents can’t go there. Clean room.

Food was the same (in the end of our holidays it was bothered).
