Have been staying at turtle bay estates for many years. All the units we have rented have been great, and the rates are very, very inexpensive for the amenities the units provide. Clean, comfortable and equipped with modern kitchens, TV's, etc. 013 West was no exception, and it's location by the number 1 tee on the Fazio course made it convenient for us.

I agree that the bedroom curtains are to thin. Blackout lining would have helped. The lanai was wonderful.

If you want a nice place to base your North shore expeditions, Turtle bay is a great place. If you want to hob nob with the folks at the club, it available. This was a fun place, quite and very comfortable. Our Condo was 1/2 mile from the resort and beach.This place is accessible via Honolulu Bus system. The bus will drop you off within 200 or so yards of the complex. So you can ride from Honolulu for a few dollars.

I have visited these properties for about 3 years now. I always enjoy my stay on the North Shore.We found an apartment closer to the Turtle Bay Resort and thought it would be easier to get to the hotel and the beach.When we arrived we found a nice place with nice furniture. I work when I stay here so I always look for high speed internet. Then I tried to log on the internet router did not work and could not be fixed for my whole stay. I had to sit in the rain and use the free wifi near the tennis courts. I was only given a 10% discount for the problem.Since it was raining a majority of the time we spent a lot of time in the apratment. We felt our allegies and found that the rug and the couch was not as clean as we would have liked.I would think about another apartment before you selected this one.

I reserved this unit for a business stay while I was working on the wind farm up the road in Kahuku. Perfect location and an excelent place to get a good nights rest. The pool in the complex was a great place to relax after a hard day's work.

It was nice, but the instructions to sign in, get through the gate and get our key for the first time could have been written so much clearer. I would rewrite that if I were you.

I was happy with the condo. It was just as described.

I would try the condos again, but a different one. Air conditioning was not very good. At check in I was given a slip of paper saying if the air conditioning was left on during the day a staff member would come in and turn it off. I was also give a note that said they were going to exterminate and we would need to be gone that day for 3-4 hrs after it had been done. I called the office and said I had not been made aware of it and we had planned on spending that day at the beach and the room, they did not know what time he would be coming, morning or afternoon. I was told it was for legal reasons they had to put that 3-4 hour time in but that everything was fine and we did not have to vacate the room. After expressing my concerns and that I was not comfortable withe the situation they agreed to not have the exterminator come. The check out instruction said we were to take our garbage to the dumpsters in the parking lot, this unit however did not have any garbage bags I could find. It is a nice area and each condo is different, I would try again just a different condo unit.

Loved our stay, everything we needed and perfect location.

Me and my wife decided last minute to join her parents who happened to be staying at Turtle Bay Resort. This would be our daughters first vacation and the idea of a small hotel room just didn't work for us. We happened to luck into this great little condo that worked perfect for our small family of 3.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and a wonderful location. The management company was fast, efficient and kind enough to let us check-in a few hours early.

Nice and clean with an enclosed patio/lanai. A/C in bedroom was okay, was not as cool as I would prefer. May need to be replaced soon. With tradewinds, you can get a good cross breeze when in the living room otherwise it can get hot.

Nice place with modern features. Clean and well maintained.The kitchen is great. The overall space was comfortable.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Checking in and out was so simple, the location was perfect, the house itself was in a secure lot and so clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Our vacation was very good. We were celebrating our anniversary with no kids with us! The condo was great. It had everything we could ask for. All appliances were in great shape. We only had two small issues that both had to do with plumbing. The shower handle needs to be replaced. Also, if you turned the hot water on by itself in the bathroom sink it would shudder and then turn off. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again!

Our villa was nice. We had air conditioning in the main bedroom and the house was clean. The main room is hot if you're hanging around the house but other than that, it was a great place to stay and I will definitely book with Turtle Bay Estates again.

Overall it was a wonderful place to stay. Minus the rental company supplying minimal basic necessities for a 6 day stay, it was a perfect location and condo. The condo is walking distance to the restaurant and beach.I would stay here again.

- Upon arriving, the oven was blowing hot air. We called for help and no one ever came to fix it. It happened again that night.
- cable tv didn’t work in either room
- No hot water in bathrooms on second day
- AC unit was very loud, and we wished there was a central unit since the kitchen and dining areas got a lot of sun.
- sink plug in bathroom was broken so consistently backed up unless you manually pulled the plug up.

For the price, not sure we would stay here again.
