This is a beautiful getaway house in a great location in the Town of Acworth, which is a true American town with great restaurants, shopping, walking, outdoor activities, etc.
The house was very clean and a beautiful historic home with hosts who were incredibly communicative and took care of everything we needed. We were in town for our youngest son's baseball tournament and this house provided us with everything we ever needed. It was a great week and we would certainly recommend this house and host for anyone looking to have a very nice stay in a beautiful place. We will hopefully be back in town and get a chance to stay here again.

Right in the heart of acworth. Came to watch baseball at lakepoint but was able to take advantage of the surrounding small town and what it had to offer. Local flair, cute Main Street, lake beach, park,etc.

This house is a perfect location if traveling for sports. Close to Lakepoint Sports Complex and walkable to great restaurants. Lots of space to spread out, very clean, and a great coffee station. No need to buy any supplies, the house had everything we needed. Great communication and owner accommodated us with an early check in. Would recommend. You get used to the train quickly.

This was a perfect location for us. We were able to walk to downtown. Checked out the Farmers Market as well. Will definitely try to stay here again on my next trip. House was clean and comfortable.

The property is perfect for a family and the hosts made sure everything was perfect. They checked on us a helpful amount and the home is well appointed, super clean, and nicely stocked. Thank you!! Next Acworth soccer tournament and we will book again for sure.

It is a very lovely home. Very clean and organized. Close to Lake Point and other fields. Property manager was very responsive. We will definitely stay again. Down side, it was close to railroad tracks. But that did not bother my family after the 1st night.

House served us well and the location was terrific. However, the amount of train traffic was alarming and the fact that the tracks are directly adjacent to the house was a surprise.
We had an issue with one of the beds breaking as soon as we arrived and the owner/manager was very accommodating and replaced it within a couple hours.

Check-in was a breeze, the space was clean and larger than the pictures make it out to be. The owner had given me all of the information that I needed and I didn't have to contact them for anything. It's also very close to town, and a stone throw from a brew house. Definitely would recommend.

A short walk to everything made our short stay convenient. The house had lots of charm and was very clean. The only negative is it is right next to the railroad and the trains do run constantly but it wouldn’t deter me from staying again.

We had a few friends and family stay during the weekend of our wedding at The Cowan. The convenience, cleanliness, and quaint home made for a perfectly peaceful weekend The owners were gracious. The location was walking distance to venue, and main street. Ideal in every way

Hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. Checking in and even offering to make sure we had all we needed. House was very clean. Well stocked. And wonderful location. We felt safe and enjoyed it.

A perfect place
I traveled with my parents and friend to visit local family and watch my granddaughter play travel softball. Everything was perfect, Fabi and Mark are wonderful hosts and even brought some delicious cookies from a local bakery. The home is comfortable , spacious and clean. Fabi and Mark provided every type of convenience you would ever need. We enjoyed the multi-room living space and large kitchen as we had several family dinners. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Acworth-Kennesaw area.

Great job with renovating a 1930's home!
Home provided everything that was needed and condition of home was plus, plus. Just make sure you like trains, as they await you morning, noon and NIGHT! :)

Wedding Weekend House
My parents and a couple of their friends stayed here for my wedding in downtown Acworth. The house was super well kept and updated. Highly recommend this house for your Acworth stay!!

Perfect location for our stay. Very close to Lakepoint Sports Arena, highway access and local shopping. The home is beautiful, full of character. Nicely remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, very clean, spacious rooms and nice touches to make you feel at home.

Beautifully renovated home and super convenient to the Cowan Mill venue! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and made us very welcome in their home! Can’t recommend this home enough! It was perfect!
