Our group of 8 consisted of myself & husband, our 2 grown sons and their wives and girlfriends, and my in-laws. We have been to a lot of different places through our years of vacations…this house was by far one of our faves!!! The pictures of this house do not do it justice….every single room is beautiful and you honestly don't need to bring anything besides clothes and food….everything has been thought of. The house is well maintained and was very clean. Plenty of pool noodles and beach supplies. The 5 minute walk to the beach was a breeze and the guys enjoyed a little fishing in the canal. Publix is just 5 minutes away and plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from!! We had good communication from the day we booked the trip til the end! We would highly recommend this place and hope to come back someday!

The home is lovely, clean and comfortable. All the amenities and accoutrements ranging from beach equipment to kitchen gadgets to appliances (and everything in between) were first rate. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the grocery store. Grandpa and Grandma plus Mom and Dad plus five kids could both all be together at a meal or could all find a quiet spot for some solitude. It couldn't have been more perfect.

This home was awesome! Completely equipped with everything we needed. Clean, spacious, plenty of eating areas. We had 9 adults & 2 children we had plenty of space! Coastal Breeze was an amazing company to work with from beginning to end! Thank you Linda & Luke for all the extra care you put in too make our stay 5 star! We would rent again!

Island Escape was fabulous! We were steps from the beach, close to the grocery store and the house had everything we could have wanted. There was plenty of room for our extended family and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Coastal Breeze was great to work with and everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back for future vacations.

The house and location was great. We had a group of 9 people including 3 kids . There was always enough room. Everyone loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Its far enough away from downtown to be quiet and secluded, yet close to everything you are there for. A great place for a family vacation.

This was a great location and the house was exactly as the listing explained. Clean and had everything we needed. Would be great if they had bikes for visitors to use but you can rent from various places near to the house. I highly recommend bike rentals to get around.

Could have used more kitchen dry towels but with two washer and dryers we were able to clean them throughout the week. I'd also suggest labeling trash cans vs recycle bins. When we got there the trash and recycables from the previous group were mixed in all four cans. We'd definitely book this place again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation home. We were a group of 3 families sharing all of the space. We appreciated the ample seating on all levels and living area of the home. We love to play cards, do jigsaw puzzles and prepare family dinners. All of these things were possible with the bountiful seating and lovely kitchen. The pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen area were also fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay that exceeded our expectations. I only would have wished for slightly larger bathrooms and beach chairs.

This house was well equipped with everything we needed: kitchen gadgets, a grill, a green egg smoker, games, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, the list goes on! The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of room to spread out and it was top notch clean! A 5 minute stroll to a lovely beach spot, walking distance to a couple great little restaurants on the south end of the island, and a short drive to many other spots at the north end of the island. Pool and hot tub are a perfect break from the beach. Communication was excellent! 5/5 recommend this spot!

This property was in excellent condition. Clean and beautiful. We had 10 adults and never felt crowded. We used Coastal Breeze to rent items throughout our stay and the process was effortless. The hot tub and pool, the grill and access to the inlet added great experiences to our stay. We will absolutely return.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable! We loved the pool and backyard area. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. I can't think of anything I'd change about the house. We would come back for another stay.

I am a travel agent and I know how important accomodations are for my clients. I would not hesitate to suggest this property to all of my clients. The location was perfect. The house was amazing and provided everything you would need. Fullly stocked kitchen, linens, towels, and beach towels. It even had a wagon to take things to the beach. A 7-11 was a short walk if I needed to purchase anything quickly. The pool, hot tube, dock, gas grill, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture was an added plus to this already amazing property. The second and third level had outside balconies with addtional furniture and tables. The master bedroom was huge. I rented this for myself, my children and adult grandchildren. There was a total of 10 of us and we never felt crowded. If you are looking for a fantastic vacation in Fort Myers Beach, this is the place for you.

Loved this property. It was beautiful and fully stocked. So close to beach access. We had a wonderful time.

The house is beyond gorgeous! New and clean! Furnishings and decor made this home feel like an upscale resort. Everything we could have needed was provided. Communication and Check-in were a breeze! Dolphins swam down our canal one night! The beach is close; pool, hot tub, tons of outdoor seating and grill were awesome! We had a wonderful week with family here and really could not have asked for a better place to stay!!
