This hotel is fine but definitely not the five stars they are advertising. Location is good, close to a lot of stuff. Clean spacious room.

It’s a bit worn. The fitness rpm was airconditioned so running was a bit of a challenge. The room service is the worst ever. Whatever you do, don’t order anything to eat. Wireless internet was sketchy on/off, very unreliable.

Breakfast is very expensive. I requested for the breakfast buffet $30 because it is the last day for the combination of breakfast and lunch but limited hours 700-930am

rooms were so comfortable. Everything you would need in the rooms. cute terrace area. Fab pool as well.

there’s no ice bucket built in to the terrace table like the picture says. They offer a complimentary drink in their restaurant but it’s one per room rather than one per person which was a bit disappointing

Good location within walking distance to some restaurants, stores and the beach. The lobby was nice and the staff were helpful.

The carpet in the room was dirty / looked like has not been deep cleaned for a while. The restaurants/bar closed early and same with room service so there is really no option to get food in the hotel - we had to settle for the convenience store outside which is not great. Normally hotel room service operates 24hours but not here.

First and foremost, this isn't a 5 star hotel. A modern 3 star would comfortably compete with it. We booked a terrace room where the air-conditioning didn't work. It was November and the room was easily above 25-26°C in November. After bringing this up we're told you the air-conditioning is central and you have no control. Seems like they didn't want the power bill of having it on. An old fan on a chair was offered instead... We were moved to a duplex room which while having two beds (useless for a couple) had separate air-conditioning but we lost the outdoor area. The hotel saw this as an upgrade. Room was filthy with marks on the walls, dirty carpet, rubbish from previous guest behind sofa cushions, mould in tile grout. The hallways of the building are dark and dirty. Regularly old plates and cutlery are left outside rooms for hours or overnight. The pool was empty and non usable The laundry service didn't exist, instead told to go 20 minutes up the road to a coin laundry in the basement of an apartment block The business centre computers only have trial versions of programs so are useless for work. Staff literally laugh and talk amongst themselves if you ask a question. Having stayed in multiple 4 and 5 star hotels around the world, this one is by far the worst, both as far as service, facilities and value for money.

nice luxurious feel and near attractions like daepo cliff and waterfalls. hotel staff also kindly upgraded one of our rooms as the one we originally booked was not available. great service and breakfast too

The location is really good to reach restaurants and museums. Breakfast is served clean and fresh. The room was cleaned every day. Overall I am satisfied staying in this hotel with my family.

The parking lot is not so big. If you arrive late there may limited parking lot.

Wonderful Breakfast, spacious and well-equipped room, friendly staff, well situated next to several golf courses, next to the beach and good for exploring the island.

It is located in a good place to access from Jeju Airport by airport limousine bus No. 600 and is located in the best place to use various attractions on foot in the Jungmun area. That is, it is very good location. Compared to most hotels in Jungmun area, it is relatively inexpensive, so if you think of taking a rest at a hotel for travel and tourism purposes, it is a very cost-effective hotel. If there is a convenience store in front of the hotel, so it is inconvenient to use the restaurant in the COVID-19 situation, you can use the convenience store to have a simple meal instead of meal.

If a family with children stays at this hotel, especially in winter, the hotel does not have auxiliary facilities for children, so they have to find attractions and move for children.

Loved the location and access to pool. Really great hotel for the price point.

Shower could have been cleaned better. Rooms don't have good soundproofing, we could hear the neighboring room talk.
