We enjoyed our trip to Topsail very much! The Two Beaches home was comfortable and clean and had lovely beach decor. It was just a short walk to the beach or sound and close to the community pool. We would definitely recommend this home! Angie B.

Excellent location and great house! We loved the easy access to the sound (beautiful sunsets!) and the beach. We walked a couple extra minutes south on the beach and there were barely any people around and super fun tide pools every day. The house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Two Beaches is a lovely, clean cottage with a great view of the sound, very quiet and relaxing.

I can't say enough about this property! It is absolutely beautiful, light, bright, clean, beachy, and so very welcoming! We felt right at home the moment we walked in, and all of the cares of the world disappeared! The views are breathtaking - wake up to bright sunrises shining through the windows, with the rolling sound of the surf in the background, and sunsets glowing through the windows in the evenings. Wish we could have stayed forever! And the hosts are wonderful - so welcoming and eager to make your stay perfect! Can't wait to come back!

We have been staying at Serenity point for 15 years and this has been the best place we have stayed. The hosts provide so many “extras” and made our check-in- check-out process so easy. They provided all the information we needed before we had time to ask. Hope we can book this house next year!

The rental was beautiful with a modern beachy feel! Very close to the bay and beach. We enjoyed the quite family experience it offered. The property owners were very accommodating and helpful as well.

We had an amazing stay at Two Beaches. We had been to Topsail before and specifically targeted this part of the Island for our next stay. The southern end beaches, water, quiet and beauty can’t be beat for a truly relaxing getaway. The access to the beach side, sound side, and pool gave our kids plenty of water options. The provided beach equipment and bikes were an appreciated perk as we didn’t have to lug a ton of our own stuff from home. We did bring a shibumi, which was perfect since we often changed water locations throughout the day. It’s an easy bike ride to the town of Topsail for all the amenities there, and an easy drive to Surf City when you need more restaurants and entertainment. The house itself was perfectly appointed and loaded with special touches to make our stay comfortable. Everything is in excellent condition and the owners truly care about your experience. We hope to enjoy Two Beaches again!

We were very pleased with this property! It was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked and you can’t beat the location. Mara and Barry were excellent communicators and provided us with lots of helpful info. that made our first trip to Topsail really special.

The house was impeccable! You could tell a lot of time and thought went into all the details to make guest comfortable. It was wonderful. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! I can not put into words the beauty of Serenity Point. Communication with the owners was awesome through e-mails and text. With this pandemic (I work in the medical field) I needed this get away as did my husband. We had a wonderful time, met many locals who gave us tips on places to eat and photograph (my stress release). Great time of year to visit. Hopefully will be back!

Very well kept property with everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. The location is perfect, the Southern end of the island is our personal favorite...Hard to beat Serenity Point and it's beauty. The owners we're very accommodating and very nice. Wonderful place to stay! With a 7 week old and a 22 month old, it was great to be just minutes from two different beaches, and we loved being able to walk around the end of the island-such a unique experience! The nearby sea turtle hospital was a very fun attraction as well. The attention to detail in the house made all the difference.

We're so happy we found this rental! Location was ideal with a very uncrowded beach despite the holiday weekend. The sound was VERY crowded, so we stuck to the beach which is a 5 minute walk from the house. Owners even provide a functioning beach cart! The house was very clean (which I'm a stickler for) and owners provide all the extras (trash bags, hand soaps in every bathroom, sponge and dish soap, paper towels) that many rentals don't. This is a huge deal to me because it meant I could start my vacation immediately instead of running to the store to pick up all the miscellaneous items you need in a home. Overall, we had an easy, comfortable, and fun weekend. We hope to rent this house again.

We had a great time in this condo and loved Topsail beach. The unit is walking distance to beach, the sound and the pool which was great for our kids. The owners were great and were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this condo again and recommend it to any family. Thank you for everything!

Great location with coastal decor and lots of amenities for a family vacation. The owner communications were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay and hope to return! The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach or the sound. It's much more private and quiet at this end of the island. We had plenty of space for our family of 5 and our daughter *loved* her loft room. It was nice to return to the house after a long day at the beach. We loved the outdoor shower, the use of bikes and beach toys in the storage shed, the Keurig machine and board games. The kids are already asking when we can return. :-)

This was one of the best stocked vacation rentals we have experienced. The bedrooms were a nice size, and having 3 baths was very convenient. The loft sleeping area was fine for a teen. Owner also had bikes, several beach chairs, a wagon, an umbrella, and beach toys available for our use. It was a short walk to the beach, but the beach was wonderful…not too crowded. We look forward to renting the unit again.

The property was excellent. The photos online are a perfect representation of the place. Walkable to 2 beaches - 1 a little smaller and more still (perfect for little kids). Bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Approx 15-20 min from a large Publix and Walmart grocery center. Hosts did a great job of providing me with info ahead of time and answering questions I had during the stay. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this property!! The house had everything you could possibly need and was very clean. We love being able to chooses between the beach and the sound just a short walk from the house. Mara and Barry checked on us a few times and answered any questions quickly. We would definitely return!

It was refreshing the moment we stepped in. The location was perfect with the sound side, beach side and pool all within short walking distance. Plenty of room for our family, my daughter loved the loft - perfect niche for her artistic soul. Everything you would need for the kitchen was provided so no need to bring extra dishes. Plenty of beach chairs, a cart and umbrella for either beach side. Loved the outdoor shower when coming back in front he beach. Beautiful sunsets from the deck were wonderful each time we were relaxing with a book. We loved the comfy sofa, blankets and pillows. The queen bed in the master was a little iffy in comfort and you will need to bring your own beach towels. Other than those two things, everything else was perfect! We definitely would love to come back again soon!
