My co-workers and I were in town for an event at the Visalia Convention Center and stayed at Elizabeth's property. Everything was as described and had plenty of room for all the guests. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

We stayed at this VRBO for many weeks with our crew and it was an absolute perfect stay. Clean, comfortable, easy communication. Will definitely return !

Had a pleasant stay with our family of 12 and 2 dogs. Place was fully stocked with everything you’ll need in the kitchen. Place was clean with some quality furnishings. Since the house has 5 beds for 10 people, they do have an air mattress available. The air mattress I found in the closet was broken so I messaged the host who responded quickly and came with additional air mattresses. She was very friendly and was always responsive to my messages. We unfortunately did not get the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor space due to the weather. Overall it’s a great place that I’m considering rebooking in the spring.

My whole family, 5 adults and 3 children, found the house completely pleasant for our long weekend in Visalia. Quiet neighborhood and good communication with the owner. We would definitely book it again.

Property was nice, convienient location, and there was plenty of room.

House was large enough for 8 adults and 2 kids. Back yard has lots of room and multiple places to sit and relax. Unfortunately there was a big rain storm so we were unable to use the backyard as much as would of likes. We did use the fire pit for s’mores our last night of stay. Beds are comfy and rooms are great size. Kitchen is supplied with necessary items. Look forward to returning with our family . Great communication with owner.

Nice home in a nice neighborhood. The pool was clean an well maintained and the beds were comfortable. The air bed was high quality but unfortunately had a leak that required the addition of air in the middle of the night. The owner was made aware of the issue and said she would fix it. We texted a couple of questions to the owner and received answers within an hour. Overall, I would recommend this property to others and would stay there again.

We had a great time playing in the pool and hanging on the back porch as our extended family reconnected and made new memories.

Various of our family members showed up to celebrate a graduation from the medical Residency program. This home was immaculate, nicely decorated, and is huge. Lots of nice, extra touches (eg, cosmetic cotton rounds and q-tips in the bathrooms ).All the kitchen dishes and cooking pans you could need. Beautiful back yard with several different seating areas, and a lovely pool we all enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet, easy to find, and about a 5 minute drive from a shopping center. Could not have been more pleased with this vacation home!

House will exceed your expectations. It has everything you’ll need. The pool was great and the house was spacious and comfortable.

This beautiful spacious home was perfect for our family trip to Visalia. The house was packed with everything needed right down to the forgotten q-tips. The back yard was nice and kept up, there was an abundance of towels and blankets. The house is also beautifully decorated as well. Check in was smooth and easy and the owner replied to several questions right away.

We enjoyed the fact that we could all be together We can’t control the weather but it did stop some Of our activities. The home worked well for our family

Eleven of us were in for a family wedding. The house was nice and big for everyone to sleep. The house had all the extras... shampoo, conditioner, hot chocolate, ironing board etc. Very accommodating with an earlier check in and later checkout. Great stay!

Pros: - Clean, large house was roomy enough for a large family - Laundry machines were huge Cons: - Pool is unheated with no option to heat it - I asked the host why the pool waterfalls and pool lights (as seen in the main property picture) were turned off during our stay, and the host complained about having to use electricity to run it and expressed concern about the possibility of burning out a recently replaced light bulb. I should hope that the cost of renting for an entire week would more than cover the advertised amenities but since the host made such a stink about it, we just left them all off and avoided using the pool after dark. - Netflix streaming was provided for a couple of days, after which time the host told us we had to sign into our own Netflix account. - It was over 100 degrees outside everyday of our stay and for the first couple of days the A/C was doing great, but afterwards we could tell the the default temperature was turned up so if we didn’t manually adjust it daily the house was way too warm for comfort. - Master bathroom tub jets don’t work, or perhaps we just couldn’t figure out how to turn them on. We were afraid to ask the host how to use it, since we were getting the feeling the host was inconvenienced by our questions on using the amenities. - Chairs around fire pit were filthy and covered with bird droppings. - Door knob to the back patio is semi-functional. I recall seeing earlier reviews complaining about this but given what we have come to understand about the host, I can only speculate that it comes down to not wanting to spend $15-20 to replace it.

We stayed here July 15-19 with our family and friends. It was our first time in the city of Visalia and our first time heading up to Sequoia National Park. The house was beautiful and clean. The bedrooms nice with comfortable mattresses and new bedding. The kitchen was well stocked. Actually, the whole house was well stocked with everything we needed, from pots, pans and utensils, to towels and toiletries, to paper towels and toilet paper. The yard was perfect, plenty of places to sit and lounge. The pool was a good size, clean, and hours of fun. The neighborhood was very nice and close to restaurants and markets. The drive to the entrance of Sequioa National Park was 41 miles and took about an hour. The property owner was easy to reach and helpful. We were even granted a late check-out time, which gave the kids a chance to use the pool one more time before we headed out! The only issue we encountered was the BBQ. The burners were off and shooting the fire directly towards the knobs. It was definitely unsafe to use. Hopefully that will be taken care of for future renters. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and hope to one day return for round two!

We were here for our sons wedding in June and it was perfect. We had 9 of us and had more than enough room. We have little ones from 1-3 and they loved the pool! The house is stocked with everything you need. The host is very fast at responding to any questions or needs.
