My family and I rented the house so we could go skiing at Hunter Mountain for a weekend. The house was very well maintained and organized, we couldn't be happier with it. The owners are very good at communicating clearly and are responsive if you have any questions. The house is also very spacious. It has 2 king beds which was nice to see and can accommodate up to 9 people. I would definitely stay at this house again if we're looking to spend more time in the area.

We had a very enjoyable 4 day family vacation in August. The house is very central to all attractions and conveniently located next to a well stocked convenience store. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, and many small conveniences. Kids loved the house as well.

The house was pristine and beautiful. Elaine and Chris were always available for anything we needed and so graciously! The place was fully stocked with whatever we could've dreamed of and more..... We could've left so many things home...... This home is centrally located with all attractions within minutes away. We had the most amazing time and we sure would want to come back soon. We had a wonderful experience at the house in Haines Falls. It’s immaculate, has everything you need with extra touches like wine and snacks, firewood for the fire pit, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and pillows. Truly, I can’t say enough good things. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting to visit the Hunter Mountain area. (Haines Falls, NY) The house is fully furnished with anything that you might need for a great time, plenty of room to spread out if with a large group. The host even included our 1st bundle of firewood, smore sticks for the firepit. The kitchen contained plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. The patio off the living room was a delight to be able to sit outside and with with family. The upstairs bath was beautiful with such an awesome shower and big air tub, and the bedrooms were very nice and the beds most comfortable. Also our host was very quick to respond back to us with any question that we might have. I would definitely use their property again if in the area.

Bedrooms were as described and having a king in 2 rooms was nice as we had 2 families so each couple got a king. Location is really great, easy 10 min drive to Hunter mountain and super close to the cute town! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Our group was two families with kids and everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the stay very much. Elaine was very helpful and responsive with any communications, and the house was very clean and organized with many sweet details that we appreciated. Location was a also great for our ski trip (close drive to the Hunter ski resort).

Plenty of rental properties in the area say they are “minutes” to Hunter Mountain but this one actually is! A quick 6 minutes to the base of the mountain. The house is beautiful and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain. Elaine & Chris were incredibly helpful and willing to answer any question

Elaine is a great host, very responsive and considerate. The house is very clean, spacious and beautiful with renovated kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook. Sheets and towels were great quality and so clean. Amenities throughout the house was amazing, the hosts have thought of everything to ensure a wonderful stay. Would love to stay again soon. This house is right out of the books, exactly as described, extremely cozy, comfortable and super clean! Just the place for an escape:6 out of the hustle and bustle of city life. The Jaccuzi alone is a mini vacation! Location could not be better; next to a fully stocked gas station open till 11pm, 4 minute drive to everywhere else, skiing just 8 min away! A few Shuls within walking distance too. The hosts are exceptionally nice and answer your questions quickly. We absolutely loved our stay there and hope be back real soon :)

They were easily accessible and they had a detailed welcome book with information about the home and the neighborhood which was extremely useful. Elaine was so helpful with booking and checked in on us throughout the weekend to make sure everything was smooth with out check in and check out process. Although we didn't get to check out the area due to our obligations at the wedding all weekend we will definitely be back and would definitely love to stay at this property again.

On the way home my 4 year old said "imagine this lady let us stay in this house forever...it would have been soo good" (this is the only downside..) Anyway, way way above my expectations. Also Elaine, is extremely friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with her. Thank you Elaine, and hope to see you again.

What a great experience! Felt like an excellent vacation. We went with some other families and we had a great time! The beds were super comfy and that bathroom was beautiful! Every detail was thought of! I can’t wait to book another stay at this home!

And it was a great time spending evenings by the fire pit making snores. Each bedroom has either a queen or king bed. We would definitely return !
