This downtown Crested Butte home is truly charming. The pictures on VRBO do represent this lovely home. We celebrated my son's wedding in CB. My adult children and myself enjoyed the nice size livingroom and bedrooms. thank you

Great location. Well stocked with kitchen +bath supplies. Plenty of room. Lawn/back deck/outdoor chairs lacking(summer stay).

Family got together and enjoyed our time with friends that are residents of CB. Myself and my cousin were former CB resident and western State alumni. Always nice to revisit CB. Forever one of my favorite places to be. The hosts were so friendly and quick to respond. The house is in the perfect location and can walk all over town. The view from the yard is amazing. The location and home was absolutely ideal for our recent stay in Crested Butte! The proximity to the Center for the Arts and to town was perfect for this work retreat. The owners were very communicative as well.

The house was great, clean, comfy, with everything you could need. Can’t beat the close proximity to the Main Street of town and the bus up to the ski mountain drives by right in front of the house and will stop and pick you up.

We were in town for a wedding and it was nice to be so close to shops on Elk and easy drives to lakes, hiking and Mt Crested Butte. Nice furnishings and well stocked house. Very convenient.

This house was perfect for our getaway with extended family! The house was so cozy, but also had more than enough space for our family. It was so convenient to be walking distance to the town and park as well. Our kids made great use of the two yards, and it was so nice to chat with the adults while they played away. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We loved staying here. With two big yards in front and back and a central location, it was perfect for our little kids. There was an issue with the cleaning at the front end but the host was super communicative and had someone come remedy the situation immediately. They have all the streaming services and all the kitchen supplies you would need. The water heater did struggle to keep up. Overall such a great spot with really clear instructions and everything you’d need for a great family trip.

This was our very first VRBO visit/“transaction”. And it will, in every way be VERY hard to live up to. Now we’re always going to expect the best stay imaginable—one of those prominent factors being the hosts. You don’t get hosts like this on the regular. The hosts were gracious, communicative, not too much “in” your stay, yet perfectly available should you need them. The home was ideal and well beyond what we had hoped for. What a beautiful house, a red one at that! Just great. Sweet. With awesome energy. And all the comforts of home. If we needed the hosts, they were there for us. But again, they were never breathing over our shoulders. We slept so well every night—because, good Lord this part of Colorado has great sleeping weather!! Who knew?? (We live in Boulder, which feels like it’s on fire every night.) Crested Butte is and was a GIFT. The Crested Butte evenings & nights. There is no need for air conditioning. None whatsoever. But the house has it, should Mother Nature decide to switch things up, unexpectedly in CB. The main thing that we didn’t realize would be so important to our family—the CB bus line had a bus stop directly across the street. REALLY helpful in a pinch! Until the kiddos claimed they ONLY wanted to take the bus wherever we would be going. How to end this review? Unsure because again, every single box would be ticked next to the “perfect” box. It was all good. All nice. No worries. Chill and inspired.

The house was perfect for our little family of 4. Close to Elk St and a sort distance to two great playgrounds! Easy drive to a couple fun hikes with kids too. Close to the local market. In all, perfect and we will be back!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in Crested Butte. The house’s location, amenities, and cleanliness made us so comfortable and able able to do everything we wanted. Everyone from my 2yo son to my 70yo parents had a blast there.

Shared the house with 3 adult friends. House is comfortable to sleep and hang out in. Location is amazing as the bus stops pretty much in front of house. Town is a short walk away.

Everything was so easy about renting this place and communicating with the owner. Location couldn’t have been any better! Close to the grocery story, ski shuttle, and all the best restaurants on Elk street. Would stay again!

We had the best time during our stay at Laura’s home in Crested Butte. The house was perfect & clean and the location can’t be beat. Laura was very responsive and was able to make sure everything went smoothly during our stay. I’d recommend to anyone.

Booking was easy, photos were accurate, management/owner responsive during booking. We were there for 4 nights after Christmas with 6 adults, 2 littles and one toddler and there was plenty of room for all. Perfectly clean throughout. There were enough towels, the washer dryer was good to have, and the galley kitchen was full size and stocked with dishes glassware pans etc. huge TV screen for those watching football! We were there in the midst of the heaviest snowfall in years which made the driveway a challenge but the owners were on top of it and did all they could to get it plowed out! Two blocks to Elk Avenue, the main street was an easy trek, no need to drive, and the ski mountain shuttle was an easy walk also. The owner is helpful finding restaurant info and spa recommendations. Would be a great place in the summer, too, with the huge fenced back yard and large lawn in the front. With 8’ of snow it’s not accessible now but summer would be great!

Our family of 5 could work, play games, cook a holiday meal, step out the door to catch the shuttle to the ski mountain, nordic ski and grocery shop within easy walking distance...in 4 ft of snow! Owners very responsive!

This is a very nice house with plenty of room for 2 families. The location is perfect. Elk Street is within a few minutes walking distance.

You cant get much better than this location. We were in town for a wedding and wanted to find a place that was walkable to all the events- this was perfect! The house was clean and we had no issues. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to CB!
