The loft was just like in the pictures, very clean and comfortable. If the weather was better we would have made use of the roof top patio, it has a great fire table and a nice view of the water.

We loved our 5 day stay. The condo was very comfortable and spacious with all the amenities. The check-in and check-out processes went smoothly. Ideally located, we never needed to use the public transit system to get to the various sites. We were going to Rogers’ Arena daily and it was a pleasant 10 minute walk. Excellent communication with the owners prior to our stay. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Wow this place was amazing, the view the amenities were just over the top. John and Kerri were amazing host, responded when I need something. The place is just outstanding, pictures looked just like the place. 10 out of 10 .

We stayed in this property at the end of a long family vacation - it was a definite highlight for us. The apartment is exactly per the description on VRBO - plenty of space with a nice dining area, balcony and roof top barbecue area. It is located very near several terrific restaurants and is a short distance from Canada Place (great for running/cycling to Stanley Park). The owners manage the property and are very responsive and obliging. Having stayed in similar properties in the US, Australia and Europe this one rates at the upper end and we have no hesitation in recommending it.

This is a beautiful property! Even better than the pics. Highly recommend it. My partner and I were in Vancouver to visit our daughter and it was the perfect place for us. We will be back!

We were in town for business for 1 week. The weather was rainy sometimes quite heavy, to be expected for Vancouver I suppose for that time of year. And though we could not really make the time to get out and see the city, we enjoyed enjoyed our stay and don’t really have any complaints. The condo was larger than expected, which was good, since there were 3 people in our party; we all had some personal space. Being on the upper floor was also nice, access to a roof top patio was available. Communicating with Kerri and John was great, both were very responsive, this exceeded my expectations. And checking in and out was a breeze.

Loved the contemporary styling. Very new!! The space was huge for our family of four which allowed us to really spread out our belongings and make ourselves feel at home. To echo other people’s reviews, their really is minimal privacy within the unit and between bedrooms which wasn’t a big problem for us. Also, there is only one full bathroom accessible through the primary bedroom. Good news is that the shower is fabulous!! To be fair, one should be aware of the large number of homeless people on the sidewalks on a couple of surrounding sidewalks in a couple of directions from the loft’s secure entry. Again, not a deal breaker for us, but if you want a good view of the area do a virtual tour via “Street view” on google maps. During our stay we found that the easy park lot that was 1.5 blocks West on Cordova was far superior to the one that is on the east side (though it’s closer to the loft building) While we stayed here, we discovered many fabulous place to eat and we especially loved Di Bebbe a wonderful Italian cafe and full restaurant. Enjoy!! :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Kerri & John's loft. The four of us (2 adults/2 kids) enjoyed the feeling of living in the big city for a couple of days. The space is large and well stocked. The roof deck is amazing! And the location / proximity to Vancouver is perfect. The loft is right around the corner from Water Street in Vancouver's Gastown neighborhood (highly recommend the restaurant Locals). An easy 10 minute walk to Canada Place. Can't say enough good things about this loft and our time in Vancouver!

We stayed in the great Loft of Kerri and John end of June for six nights. The Loft is absolutely great. Very stylish, everything you need is there, excellent quality of the whole interior, great view from the terrace, good location to start your daily sightseeing tours. One evening we had friends over and made a great barbecue. Everyone was exited about the place. Kerri and John were great hosts. Every question was answered within minutes. We will definitely come back.

Kerri and John's property is spacious, clean, comfortable and has many amenities that will helped us enjoy our stay, including their beautiful private rooftop terrace with a propane fireplace and a gorgeous view of Vancouver. Other useful amenities include wifi, coffee maker or french press, washer and dryer, etc. The beds are comfortable. The location is very convenient to Gas Town, Stanley Park, bike rental shops, coffee shops, great restaurants and is central enough so that it's easy to get just about anywhere in the city. For people who aren't accustomed to large cities, I must note that there is a lot of 'city noise' throughout the night (sirens, people yelling). This noise originates from outside the building and so the owners have no control over it- there was no noise from inside the building and the building is very secure with a locked gate, a locked exterior door, and an elevator that won't ascend without the proper key, so you are safe. The city noise is just a trade-off for such a central location. We had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels for our stay. I'm not sure if that is standard outside of the U.S.?

The place is beautiful , very modern and clean , I love the location walking distance to many nice restaurants and bars and coffee shops but for family of 4 with two older daughters we had absolutely no privacy since the bedrooms are not closed up and is more like loft bedrooms ! But I have to say the beds were the best part of it experience , very comfy!

We were 2 couples staying at this well appointed and comfortable loft in the wonderful Gastown area. The outdoor spaces are wonderful, especially the private roof top deck with it’a spectacular 360 degree views of the city, water and mountains in the background. The living, dining and kitchen area were spacious and comfortable to live in. Kerri was a great host and communicator. We welcomed the recommendations for restaurants and shopping when we arrived at the loft. Thank you for the welcome bottle of Prosecco and picking up some olive oil for our cooking needs. You will be hard pressed to find such a wonderful spot in one of the great areas of Vancouver. We will be back!

The loft is even better than the photos. The host communication was extremely responsive and very helpful. We look forward to visiting again.

The loft was a pleasure to stay in...very clean, bright, comfortable. And a perfect space to work through a busy week preparing for a wedding.

We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book again! There were a few cleaning issues that had been overlooked, but were remedied by the host. Just a few things to note before booking (though they did not bother us): The master bedroom is open concept with no ceiling and the walk-in shower opens into it.

We loved this place. It accommodated 3 of us comfortably and we ended up spending much of our visit in the suite, hosting visitors and cooking great meals. Everything we needed was within a block or two, and the vibe of the place provided the backdrop for a beautiful trip. Highly recommended.

We travel to Vancouver frequently to visit our son who attends University. Love being downtown in this very walkable city, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, park and waterfront. The condo is exactly as pictured, beautiful, clean, nice high end amenities. Owner's were responsive, helpful. Thanks for the welcome gift! Here during a rainy stay, and the fireplace was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

It was clean and kinda funky... But for four adults it doesn't work. The shower is attached to one bedroom and the other couple has to get clearance to use it. The bedroom is very light... Early in the morning the sun wakes you up whether you want it to our not. The lack of a ceiling also makes this bedroom less private than anyone wants. We've stayed at a ton of VRBO and never have I been to a kitchen that didn't supply coffee, sugar, oil and vinegar and some spices. This rental has salt and pepper, and, to be fair a nice bottle of Prosecco. Lastly it is listed as having parking. It does not. It has street metered parking or a pay garage. We juggled those options and ended up paying at least an extra $150 for parking during our five day stay. It was clean and an interesting space and location, but sometimes interesting is a euphemism.

Kerri’s penthouse suite was luxurious, clean and conducive to our little Vancouver getaway. The kitchen was phenomenal. The rooftop fireplace was a nice touch.

We had a perfect 5 nights stay in this beautiful loft. It was very clean and convenient for a family. Kerri was very helpful for the property and the access to it. I had few questions during our stay and Kerri answered quickly. The roof terrasse and the 360 degree view was stunning ! We strongly recommend this loft !
