It was up north

The property owner was very unfriendly. There was no outdoor place to do any activities. The house smelled musty. The unfriendly property owner ruined the stay for us with her off put personality and being so unfriendly.

Great place not far from much of anything. Nice open space up an down stairs. Airconditioning in rooms as well as main room was a big bonus. Really easy to find too.

Sad that theres no water access but its understandable. I saw on the map a turtle island that I thought was a public place to go to but it still looked close to other peoples houses so I didnt attempt. Would be nice to know if theres access to that. Windows were just a bit bare in my opinion. Could use a curtain or two mainly on the windows that face the tv.

Comfortable place

1) No water access - you'd like to think renting on a lake it would be available. Property should state that cuz it's very misleading! Without that it's just not worth the price. 2) Dishes in cupboard were not clean upon arrival. Property should have dishwasher to assist with that. 3) GPS coordinates led to property 3 doors away! 4) Landscape impacted our access upon returning to property. Could have been better coordinated. 5) Balcony deck chairs should have been cleared as well.

Location perfect for our paddling, golf, bike activities. Comfortable beds. Very quiet, which we like.

No blinds on bedroom windows when we arrived. But upon contact with management they attempted to install but we decided to just deal with it. They did offer to install. Need more kitchen utensils such as sharp knives.

The house is beautiful. When I had concerns or questions, the Vacasa staff were kind, helpful and attentive. Chelsea was my local rep and the maintenance man were very kind.

I didn’t know I NEEDED to download the app in order to receive the rules and contract. We didn’t know about not having access to the water and when we walked up there the owner came out. She is MEAN! Even in passing on the road or driveway, she scowel and stared when I waved. Had I known there was no smoking on the whole property and there was not space for my child to comfortably play outside, I would not have booked this house. The owner sent a passive aggressive email about being a good neighbor to everyone who lives here. I felt like we were disruptive to the residents simply by being here. I would not consider this family friendly.
