Convenient and quiet location, easy parking. Everything we needed and even complimentary tea. Perfect for a Christmas visit to family.

Great location for the places we wanted to visit with 2 parking spaces at the front, very clean. A bit small for 4 adults but initially we only booked for 2 so would have been fine. Great communication, easy to find with lock box for key.

Shower was scalding hot, couldn't adjust it just make it even hotter so we all ended up having baths. Dog not allowed upstairs which was challenging as no baby gate - additional charge of £25 for dog. We had 2 more people stay at last minute but additional charge of £15 per person per night seemed a bit steep, we had already paid so didn't compare prices so might be competitive for area.

It's a perfect size for a couple or small family, the house was very clean and the facilities are great. The garden area is also lovely and I'm sure great in the summer (it was freezing for our visit so only the dog nipped out).

The mixer top on the shower is broken. The water was dangerously scalding hot unless the mixer was set to cold. If moved slightly the water became scalding. There was only 1 tall glass to use.
