Everything we needed .

The townhouse was ok. You could tell it was an older property with some renovations. We found a live cockroach and gecko in our bedroom. It made the whole place feel dirty after that. We would go again just for the location! It was right off the lake with dock access and kayaks provided for by the owner. The kids enjoyed every minute.

Great place, plenty of room for family. Great access to the lake. Good view of the fireworks from the deck. Overall a great experience and we would reserve again for a family long weekend get together at the lake.

My girlfriends and I had a great time this weekend. Lovely, clean house with plenty of sleeping room. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Loved our time at this great home. The owner was great to work with and love being on deck facing east in the evenings. The downstair bedroom can sleep 4, but is a little tight, probably best for younger kids, but one of mine chose that room and she is 22. We will rent from here again.

Mike The boat slip out front made all the difference for us. Family love to ski and wakeboard. Really could not enjoy sitting out side to much. The entire area was covered with spider webs/ nats.. Had to spend $20 bucks on bug spray just to knock them down. We can tell the whole area has a problem. The HOA should be doing something about it. Your thermostat kept resetting itself to 64 at night. Much to cold Last could not get dishwasher to work. Still though had great time. As we worked around some of the issues. Will tell you though would not rent place again unless we had insurances on the bugs

Perfect place for a getaway. Only suggestion would be to provide a number to contact owner in case there is an issue instead of communicating through app. Also maybe start obtaining more kitchen tools. Could have used some storage containers, specific utensils, etc. But overall we loved it! Would definitely visit again

We stayed here for a girls weekend. The house was great. It was so clean and the common areas were perfect for a bigger group. We has a blast outside with so many areas to hang out and float on the water. The owner answered all of our questions promptly and was so helpful. Highly recommend this house!

I was very impressed with this property. The views were great, the host was responsive, and the home more than met all our needs. I will definitely recommend this home to my friends who may travel to this area in the future.

The stay here was wonderful! The location of the property on the water was great and wasn’t too busy. There is plenty of room for big family gatherings or groups of friends. Everything we needed kitchen wise was there. Plenty of linens and very comfy beds! The view from the upper deck was beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the pool next door and hanging out on the large float on the water.

We had a great time in this house. We had multiple age ranges and the house accommodated us all. Location was great to get to restaurants and activities. We couldn't hear anyone staying on the various levels, or from neighbors. Very quiet and peaceful stay. The kids had fun swimming in the lake and we were able to float right off the dock without worrying about boats or jet skis coming too close. It came well stocked with towels and beach towels. Would highly recommend.

We were in love with house. Beautiful!!!! So much room, definitely bigger than expected. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful view off the lake. Definitely returning.

Fire pit area right next door. 2 very large decks. Beautiful for sunsets. Close to a marina if you need to gas up boat or jet ski. Only real issues were the dishwasher wasn’t working. The owner told us that a couple days before but not great when you have 10 people. Also know the bunk room is strictly for young kids. The are joined at the top and bottom with no complete separation and no room for anything else in the room. Communication with owner was a little difficult. Didn’t really respond to emails.

Great waterfront property, the condo was located on the lake and had direct access to the water. The kids enjoyed the pool and the "kids cave" downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. Bedrooms were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

I could not imagine a better place and location to stay. Simply perfect. House appeared to be recently remolded and was very spacious. The house offered all amenities and was very clean. The location of the house is in a cove with a view of the lake ,about 10 fr from the property, that is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun set with a nice breeze. LBJ yaught club /marina was about a 3 minute drive and even less time by boat just around the point,making it convenient to rent a boat. The boat could easily be pulled up to the property and docked. Mike was very responsive to any questions and was wonderful to work with. This will definitely be a place of return to make more memories with my family and friendsThank you Mike for sharing your property with us. We look forward to staying again soon. Shane Waller

Great East-Facing Condo on open water! Condo is an end-unit in the complex, which is nice because the patio sticks out further than the others. Great outdoor areas and good swimming area right off the patio. There are two patios--the downstairs one is much cooler during the daytime because of the large amount of shade you get. Top patio can be a little warm. BOTTOM FLOOR: 3 levels with a 1-car garage. There is room to put kayaks/paddleboards, etc. in the garage but not enough room for a car. There is a downstairs living area, bathroom with tub/shower, and bunkroom downstairs. MIDDLE FLOOR: Another living area with a kitchen and large dining table. Fridge/Kitchen/Pantry were plenty big enough to store food for a family of 10 for 3 nights. Plenty of cookware, dish soap, and dishwasher pods as well to meet all needs. Living area has a beautiful view of the water. There is also a half bath on this level. TOP FLOOR: Master bedroom with full bath, hallway full bath, and two other bedrooms. All are as advertised and similar to the photos. Beds were comfortable, AC blew cool, and there were plenty of linens. All in all a great spot!
